The Reaching Out Project operates mainly in Cambodia providing opportunities for children to education. Our Mission is to improve and transform the lives of impoverished and vulnerable children in Cambodia and beyond. The core of our mission is to help and support children to continue school and reverse the phenomenon and extended trend of children drop out of school in Cambodia and Region, ensuring that children stay in school. Poverty, lack of transportation and mental health disorders are the primary reasons that children in Cambodia and the wider region permanently drop out of school. Our cause is rooted in the fundamental belief that education is the only path towards a better life, out of poverty and mental health disorders. The Reaching out Project's mission focus and helps thousands of vulnerable children and their families, and creating a pathway to escape a world of permanent poverty and forced labor, through education, enhancing living conditions, educational opportunities, and mental health support. We support Children, Schools and Communities to break this poverty cycle and improve mental health as a Global Call for Action, to succeed our cause. A safe, secure, and sustainable environment, education and child-friendly schools (as a National Call from Government) are the key factors ensuring that children stay in school and grow up sustainably. Whoever they are, Wherever they are, Whatever the country Who We Are We seek solutions to ensure all children have access to schools and education, battling poverty and mental health disorders. Our nonprofit organisation, established and registered in Greece, operates without intermediaries. We personally provide help and support to children, schools, and communities. We are present with our team in Cambodian communities, working hand in hand with those we serve, going door to door and standing shoulder to shoulder with families, children, and teachers to understand the real problems and find the best solutions to ensure that children attend school and do not abandon their studies due to the challenging conditions in which they live. Children in school are at the heart of our actions. Our partners in Cambodia, Europe, Canada and Asia support us in achieving this goal. When we are in Europe, we raise awareness about the situation and gather the resources needed through our supporters' network and various actions and programs for fundraising. This initiative has been supported by our supporters, partners and volunteers in Greece, Germany, Canada, the United Kingdom, Thailand and France who embraced our cause and aim to make this goal a reality for all the children who need support. We inform our supporters about the real problems we encounter and discuss the resources required to solve these problems. It is as simple as that. While in Cambodia, we maintain direct communication with children, teachers, families, within their communities and the Districts. We address not only daily issues but also work towards the development of a holistic plan to ensure that children can get to school and fight the poverty that is so prevalent in these communities. We invest in improving their mental and psychological health, transforming them into tomorrow's citizens who will be valuable to their country and society through education. Our mission is based on three fundamental pillars: Children, Schools, and Communities. These are not separate from our cause. The Reaching Out Project's mission is intertwined with the children of Cambodia and is also expanding to other countries in the Southeast Asia Region and Africa. Our Vision extends beyond merely helping and supporting children, schools, and communities. "We believe in a better future for this generation. We envision this generation in Cambodia as being the last to know the cycle of poverty and the first to open a new chapter in terms of mental health improvement and prosperity." Our Integration of Needs Innovation System Our Integration of Needs Innovation System provides us with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges at hand. This drives our efforts towards succeeding in our aim and mission, and results in significant progress in children's lives. Children in School. Our 'Shoulder to Shoulder', 'Door to Door', 'Brainery Centre Academy", and 'Grandmothers' programs are tailored to the unique characteristics of each school, community, family, and child. These programs, designed for teachers and families, could later serve as guidelines for the education sector, providing examples to other schools and communities about how to operate effectively. We invest in the 'Zero Hunger and Nutritious Food', 'Mental and Psychological Health Improvement and Skills' programs. We support data collection and analysis to assist Governments and Districts in assessing progress efforts across various outcomes and strengthening the overall education system. Our efforts promote transparency, shedding light on problems children facing in education, ensuring that students, parents, and communities have all the information they need and support to encourage children to stay in school. As The Reaching out Project we developed a system based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and work towards to succeed in our mission and objectives. We have developed a comprehensive approach called the Integration of Needs Innovation System to address and meet all the adopted 10 SDGs and achieve better and faster results for poor and vulnerable children. Our Integration of Needs Innovation System acknowledges each child's needs are unique and should be addressed under integrated process so to monitor real impact in lives of each child. This Innovation System we apply as Organisation provides us with knowledge and ways of understanding the problems in the field, assessing them and manage them, towards succeeding our mission. Our approach not only aligns with the top six sustainable Development Goals (sDGs) adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015 as a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity by 2030. The Reaching Out Project's program goes beyond this universal call. We have established and follow a more ambitious system which utilises 10 SDGs, leading to sustainable growth, child-friendly schools, safe and secure communities with better living conditions, and an environment where children grow up free from any violence, injury, and existing current hazards to children's mental and psychological health. The Reaching out Project thinks Global and acts Local. We support all children in their own environment under sustainable growth, aiming a continuous schooling for all. The Reaching out Project remains focus of establishing and implement innovatory programs and projects that will gain to children a better life. Education is a fundamental right for any child.

EIFL's mission is to enable access to knowledge through libraries in developing and transition countries in order to contribute to sustainable economic and social development.

Against the background of rapid environmental change, the mission of the Foundation shall be to mitigate social and humanitarian problems worldwide and make societies more resilient in facing them. The Foundation shall support efforts to redress social, economic and ecological imbalances, caused inter alia by macro-developments such as natural disaster, climate change, population growth or pandemic. With a view to contributing to sustainable social development, the Foundation may support projects, institutions or organizations engaged in the fields of education and training, research and innovation, development aid and the promotion of social responsibility and social and political discussion. The Foundation may act on a supra-regional or local scale to prevent risks, adapt to changed risk situations and tackle the consequences of disasters. It shall support voluntary work and other activities of social and societal relevance. The Foundation shall have no political or religious allegiance, pursue no commercial purpose and seek no profit.

Oxfam is a global movement of people who share the belief that, in a world rich in resources, poverty isn't inevitable. It's an injustice which can, and must, be overcome. We know that poverty can only be overcome once the fundamental human rights of impoverished others are secured and our three main values as an organisation - empowerment, accountability, inclusiveness - reflect this. Empowerment - our approach means that everyone involved with Oxfam, from our staff and supporters to people living in poverty, should feel they can make change happen. Accountability - our purpose driven, results-focused approach means we take responsibility for our actions and hold ourselves accountable; we believe that others should also be held accountable for their actions. Zahana in Madagascar is dedicated to participatory rural development, education, revitalization of traditional Malagasy medicine, reforestation, and sustainable agriculture. It is Zahana's philosophy that participatory development must be based on local needs and solutions proposed by local people. It means asking communities what they need and working with them collaboratively so they can achieve their goals. Each community's own needs are unique and require a tailor -made response

Public Education in Cambodia faces great challenges and it often fails to provide skills that are useful to access job market. Low-income youth, especially from rural areas, which can't afford private education, doesn't really have the choice to attend high schools or Universities or to choose their own career paths. Salariin Kampuchea is a Cambodian NGO that provides free extra-curriculum English, Computer and Life skills courses to poorest children and young people of Siem Reap province and the rural areas. Siem Reap is the number one tourist destination in Cambodia but also one of the poorest regions in the country, with 51.8% of the population living in poverty. Outside of the tourism sector, Siem Reap offers few economic prospects. The goal of our program is to equip Cambodian youth with the educational tools that will give them the opportunity to choose their own career path, enhancing their lives through education. Our vision is a Cambodia where also low-income young people have access to the opportunities that will enable them to rise out of poverty. Results Our program: increases the retention of pupils at both primary and secondary level. increases the enrollment to secondary-level education and Universities assures good quality job placements for our students. These students wouldn't have enrolled in Universities if they hadn't met SK. In our 2009 outgoing class of 60 students: 50% went on to attend vocational training or study at High School or University. 25% have found a job, using their English skills.

OUR ROADMAP to 2024: The road to a First World Philippines by 2024 is guided by a development roadmap composed of three stages: Social Justice: 2003 to 2010 We begin to challenge and inspire everyone to go beyond charity and become their brother's keeper in order to heal the wounds of injustice in our country. This has opened the door to major streams of generosity through donations of land and resources to build homes for the homeless, a dream realized through the heroic response of volunteers from all sectors of society. Social Artistry: 2011 to 2017 We move forward to the designer phase we call "Social Artistry" where we invite greater expertise, science and technology to grow our holistic model for development. Through stronger collaboration with credible and distinguished institutions and individuals and by engaging them to use our GK communities as convergence points and social laboratories, we hope to pursue major innovations that will concretely and permanently improve the quality of life for the poorest of the poor, allowing them to attain their fullest potentials. Social Progress: 2018 to 2024 We envision a new standard of living to take a permanent foothold in the life of a nation. This will only be achieved by working on scale and sustainability of what have been established earlier - the spirit, the science and the structure. By this time, a new generation of empowered, productive citizens would have emerged, who lived through an exciting time of change -- moving from poverty to prosperity, from shame to honor, from third-world to first-world and from second-class to first-class citizen of the world. 7 Point Vision Each GK village aspires to become a model community that is: A Faith Community where residents are free to practice their religious belief in an atmosphere of mutual respect and reverence. A Peace Zone where neighbors live in harmony with each other and where conflicts are justly settled based on the higher principles of neighborly love and the common good. A Tourist Spot where the sense of beauty and order is regarded as an indispensable part of dignified human dwelling. A Productivity Center where the potential of human and natural resources are utilized to sustain the growth and development of the community. An Environmentally Healthy Community where residents practice the principles of proper utilization and preservation of the environment. An Empowered Community where individuals participate actively part in governing the daily life and activities of their village. A Secured Community where residents are prepared to respond accordingly in the event of a natural or man-made calamity in order to preserve lives and property. Culture of Caring and Sharing "Poverty is not a lack of resources, but a lack of caring and sharing." Poverty happens when people forget to care for their fellowmen. It is a consequence of our collective failure to be our brother and sister's keeper. Content with our own lives and our circle of family and friends, we overlook the needs of our neighbor, failing to recognize that we are part of one big family. To love ourselves is to also care for other people's needs, to be afforded the same opportunities that have been given us. The GK solution to end poverty is deeply anchored on the values of caring and sharing. Love must overflow from our homes into the world. As a concrete expression of faith in action, founded on love for God and neighbor, GK seeks to restore the dignity of the poor through a culture of caring and generosity. GK believes that by being a hero to others in need, we can bring our countries out of poverty. Seeking to give care to communities in need, GK adheres to the Filipino saying: "Walang Iwanan" or no one should be left behind. As our brother's keeper, we will help one another by giving the Best for the Least, in a spirit of service and friendship. With a lifestyle of heroism founded on caring and sharing, GK inspires and engages its workers, partners and volunteers to give the best of themselves in talents, skills, time and resources to help the poor reach their fullest potentials. At the end of the day, GK is all about caring for the world's marginalized and restoring their human dignity by providing them with a beautiful, healthy, green and productive GK communities.
