Children's success at school should not be limited by their socio-economic background. We want all children to be able to choose their own future and we believe in a world where everyone, regardless of background, has access to an equal school. If we give all children equal opportunities to succeed in the classroom, we can build a strong democratic society in the future, where diversity, knowledge and creativity, characterised by strong leadership, drive Sweden forward. Through good leadership in the classroom, and with the conviction that all children are capable, we work for an equal school. This requires teachers who lead, and who help students reach their full potential.

Founded in 1910, the purpose of the Sufi Movement is to work towards unity, [the ideal of Universal Sufism and the Religion of the Heart]. Its main object is to bring humanity, divided as it is into so many different sections, closer together in the deeper understanding of life. It is a preparation for a world service, chiefly in three ways. One way is the philosophical understanding of life; another is bringing about brotherhood/sisterhood among races, nations, and creeds; and the third way is the meeting of the world's greatest need, which is the religion of the day. Its work is to bring to the world that natural religion which has always been the religion of humanity: to respect one another's belief, scripture, and teacher.

The Center for Inner Resources Development (CIRD) is a unique Knowledge Institution that helps individuals discover and harness their inner resources through a deeper understanding of the human mind, and develop a poised all-embracing personality. The first CIRD came up in Vasundhara near Delhi in 1999. Workshops for corporations and administrators, classes and satsangs for seekers, and special cultural classes for underprivileged children are held there regularly. A center has been established in Malaysia and similar ones are coming up in Jamshedpur, India, and in the United States. Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha, a renowned spiritual master and teacher of Vedanta from India for more than five decades is our inspiration and guide.

Warrior Outdoor Leadership for the Future (WOLF) WOLF is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that provides research and education for Gold Star and underserved Youth with Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) skills to be the future Leaders. WOLF provides accredited curriculum, training and career building programs for the underserved youth in our military and our local community. Students are provided travel, tuition and hands on training with certified trainers, teachers and professors, where they participate in classroom programs, outdoor leadership challenges, team-building mission critical use case scenarios, career mentoring, resume-building workshops, community outreach, and networking for internships.

Since 1997, the Kasiisi Project has aided education in and around Kibale National Park in rural western Uganda, East Africa. Founded initially as a link between the research-based Kibale Chimpanzee Project and the local community, the Kasiisi Project now works with several research groups in and around the park to target critical issues for the survival of the forest and support of the local population. We support early childhood education, promote conservation and health education, provide daily school lunches, train teachers, encourage literacy through libraries and computer usage, fund secondary school and college scholarships, and address the special needs of girls.

We are committed to delivering these programs to empower teachers and students in the world's poorest communities, setting in motion cycles of positive change to resolve the underlying causes of poverty and injustice. Joyful Readers’ mission is to ensure that Philadelphia students gain the foundational reading skills they need to become successful, confident, and joyful readers! We bring full-time tutors directly into Philadelphia public schools to provide daily, intensive reading tutoring to students. Tutors serve in small teams in elementary schools for a full school year. They work with the same 20 students each and every day in both 1-on-1 and small group formats. Using research-based, high-quality curriculum endorsed by teachers and experts alike, students gain the literacy skills critical for success at school, at work, and in their daily lives.

Establishing, monitoring and supporting long-term relationships between children and youth and reliable, caring volunteers. Big Brothers Big Sisters makes it possible for targeted children and youth to develop in the following areas: • Communication • Problem-solving and decision-making • Self-esteem and self-confidence • Anger Management • Initiating and maintaining relationships with peers, family members, teachers and others • Career and education planning For many children and youth, the opportunity to spend time talking with trusting and trustworthy adults who are willing to share life lessons and experiences can help them build self-confidence and learn to make good decisions about their lives and their futures.

God's Littlest Angels is dedicated to helping the children and families of Haiti by providing intensive nursery care for premature, malnourished, and abandoned children. We will assist in seeking outside help for children needing surgical or medical treatment not available in Haiti. We will also assist in placing abandoned children with adoptive families. We will provide education to children who cannot afford to go to school through a sponsorship program. We will provide teachers and schooling for the children in the orphanage so that they also will receive an education. Our purpose is to help the children of Haiti in any way we can and to spread the word of God to each person we serve.

Blue Dragon Children's Foundation is on a mission to end human trafficking.We have pioneered interventions in Vietnam which prevent trafficking from taking place and are scaling them up to a national level. At the same time, we are rescuing people in slavery who call for help and supporting them to rebuild their lives, post-trafficking.We offer a comprehensive range of services led by our dedicated team of social workers, psychologists, teachers and lawyers. From providing food and shelter to a child on the street to rescuing a girl from sex trafficking, we give children a new chance in life. Blue Dragon has been operating in Vietnam since 2003.

Friends supports innovative, solutions-oriented programs that help our vulnerable neighbors experiencing homelessness move from the streets/shelters into safe, stable housing and connect to the supports and opportunities they need to rebuild their lives. We focus on removing the final barriers of transition thatoften programs, and the people they help, don’t have the means to cover. The final transition steps out of homelessness are often the most crucial, and we help make them happen. Like a Parent/Teachers Organization or “Friends of” group, Friends bridges the gap between public sector funding and the needs of the homeless by providing a vehicle for individuals, businesses, foundations and charitable organizations to be a part of the solution to homelessness.

Teaching life lessons through education and sport. At the Maurice Lucas Foundation, kids come first. We are passionate about their success and believe in their ability to dream, learn, and achieve. Our programs, middle school through high school - and beyond, are built on academics, character development, physical activity, and community. We partner with families, teachers, schools, like-minded individuals, and organizations to create a community of champions who provide transformational opportunities and experiences for students. Together we encourage and support students' resilience as they navigate an increasingly challenging world. Our goal is for all students to have a fair and equitable opportunity to access a high-quality education and pursue their dreams.
