HIMALAYAN LIFE is an international not-for-profit / charity with offices in Switzerland, Canada, Nepal, and India, seeking to protect, nurture and educate the children in the Himalayas. We run homes, shelters, and educational programs both in Nepal and North India for street-kids, slave-kids, and abandoned kids. We are a Bulgarian non-for-profit legal entity, established in 2008 to stimulate the development, improve the quality of life and vitalize the region of Devetaki Plateau. We mobilize local communities and resources to reduce social and economic disparities between the villages in the Devetaki Plateau and the big towns in Bulgaria. The Association's efforts are aimed at development and promotion of the region as a tourist destination.
