The Foundation's goal is to provide the ultimate environment for a child to become their best in all areas of their life, including academic, athletic, interpersonal skills, leadership, as a mentor, and someone willing to be mentored. They hope to arm children with a variety of ways to grow intellectually, spiritually, physically, and in their relationships with themselves and others. Their program is designed to go deeper into the subjects of life, excellence, and how to pursue happiness. In the end, our long-term goal is to help them become professionals in life, to find peace of mind, so they can share this wisdom with their families, friends, and communities as leaders and examples of extraordinary living and happiness.

Millions of children are on the frontlines of conflict, their lives and futures at grave risk. Without immediate support, the world’s most vulnerable children are at risk of physical and emotional harm with devastating, lifelong consequences. Providing hope and resources for those without life's essentials

Horizons for Homeless Children improves the lives of young homeless children in Massachusetts and helps their families to succeed by providing high quality early education, opportunities for play, and comprehensive family support services. To support our mission, we also advocate on behalf of young children, train educators and human services providers, and provide research on the impact of early education on homeless children.

Established in 1999, Chattering Children's mission is to equip children with hearing loss and their families with a foundation for lifelong learning through listening and spoken language, and to integrate them into a hearing world. Chattering Children currently serves children with hearing loss (some of whom also have visual, motor and/or learning disabilities) who in live Washington, DC, northern Virginia and the Maryland suburbs. Chattering Children provides ongoing educational and clinical services to children with hearing loss throughout their growth and development, as well as coaching and education to their families. Left untreated, hearing loss in early childhood causes a cascade of other delays in language, cognition and social development. Early intervention is imperative if children with deafness are to overcome the challenge posed by the lack of access to sound early in life. Universal newborn hearing screening was heralded as a huge advancement in treating hearing loss because age at intervention is clearly linked with improved outcomes. But, each year the CDC reports that approximately one-third of all children identified through universal newborn hearing screening are lost to follow-up. Those children who do not receive early intervention are destined for a lifetime of poor outcomes. We would like to reach more infants and children who are in need of our services due to limited access to diagnostic testing centers and long waits at centers properly equipped to test infants. Chattering Children is pursuing funding to upgrade audiological equipment that will enable us to provide diagnostic testing for newborns and young children with complex cases who have been identified to have hearing loss, but lack access to timely intervention. The equipment we hope to acquire is portable, enabling Chattering Children to work with local agencies and clinicians to provide screenings across the metropolitan area, meeting these children and their families where they live, eliminating access, travel and transportation obstacles.

Hour Children’s mission is to help incarcerated and formerly incarcerated women and their children successfully rejoin the community, reunify with their families, and build healthy, independent and secure lives. To accomplish this, Hour Children provides compassionate and comprehensive services and encourages all to live and interact with dignity and respect.

Founded in 1964, Children Incorporated is an international nonprofit organization that assists impoverished children in the United States and abroad. Partnering with already-established schools, orphanages, and childcare centers, we facilitate child sponsorships, manage special programs, and maintain special funds for emergency needs that arise for the children we serve.

Children Now's mission is to find common ground among influential opinion leaders, interest groups and policymakers, who together can develop and drive socially innovative, “win-win" approaches to helping all children achieve their full potential.

Tuesday’s Children is a non-profit family service organization that has made a long-term commitment to every individual impacted by the events of September 11, 2001 and those who have been impacted by terrorist incidents worldwide.  Since 2001, Tuesday’s Children has promoted  healing and recovery by strengthening family resilience,  providing individual coping and life management skills and creating community through programs, mental health support and family engagement opportunities.
