Foster Care to Success Founded in 1981, the Orphan Foundation of America (OFA)is the only national organization dedicated solely to helping older foster youth make a successful transition to adulthood. OFA's mission is to provide teens leaving foster care with scholarships, leadership development, mentoring support, and independent living skills that will enable them to become productive, self-reliant adults.

We are a comprehensive homeless program that helps willing people gain dignity and independence.

The mission of Hire Our Heroes (HOH) is to empower veterans and employers with the knowledge, skills, and innovative tools necessary to optimize a strategic workforce.

Tribe + Glory empowers activated female entrepreneurs to achieve self-sustainability through relationship, craftsmanship, and entrepreneurship. Our entrepreneurship-training model empowers women to live above the poverty line and create for themselves a sustainable income. It is our desire to equip women with the necessary skills to achieve their dreams, and become agents of transformation in their communities. Tribe + Glory currently operates in Uganda, the UK, and the USA, but within 5 years plans to be in two additional countries.

Lambs Farm serves a mission of helping people with developmental disabilities lead productive, happy lives and connecting with the human spirit in us all. Lambs Farm is a non-profit organization serving adults with developmental disabilities and offering vocational, residential, social, and recreational services based on each person's interests, strengths and needs, both on-campus and in the community. Programs are continually enhanced to meet the changing needs and desires of the individuals served.

Our mission is to reduce unemployment levels among people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Americans with disabilities experience high unemployment rates of close to 80%. Coffee for Good will operate a high end coffee shop to reduce this unemployment rate in our community. CFG will employ and train people with disabilities which will give them the skills needed to find competitive jobs. Coffee for Good recognizes that modern technologies allow people with disabilities to achieve more. The CFG training platform will use standard equipment and software and we are confident that our trainees will be able to transition their newly developed skills to other cafe, hospitality and retail jobs. Coffee for Good will be giving them the opportunity to succeed.

Human trafficking destroys lives. Rethreaded exists to restore choice, eliminate vulnerabilities to exploitation, and break the cycle of generational trauma by providing employment, career development, and supportive services.

ServiceSource is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to facilitate services, resources and partnerships to support people with disabilities and others we serve, along with their families, their caregivers and community members, in order to build more inclusive communities.

Our mission is to reduce recidivism by supporting and advocating alongside those with court and justice involvement. Our vision is to be a leader in decreasing the prison population by supporting and empowering those who are most affected by crime, trauma, and incarceration. We will treat everyone with dignity and respect and will not pass judgement, as we seek justice and redemption. We will be community centered and act according to the greater good of the people we serve. To the best of our ability, we strive to do no harm to the people we serve and the communities we live in.

Arts on the Block, a nonprofit arts organization with a nearly 20-year history in the region, is the only hands-on studio art apprenticeship program in the region offering youth and young adults the opportunity to learn about art, design, and business by engaging in real-world public art commissions. We recruit, train, place, and support youth and young adults with art and design aptitudes who might not ordinarily be introduced to entry-level jobs and career paths in the creative industries. AOB apprentices join one of our existing studio crews led by master teaching artists and supported by a team of management professionals. AOB crew members work their way up through summer intensives and year-round projects to produce large-scale mosaic public art. Along the way, they receive customized professional skills training, connect with our creative network, and pursue individualized plans for success in creative careers.

Our House empowers homeless and near-homeless families and individuals to succeed in the workforce, in school, and in life through hard work, wise decision-making, and active participation in the community.
