WomensTrust empowers impoverished women and girls with the tools they need to break the cycle of poverty and build a better future for themselves, their families and communities, and the world. We do this by providing access to education, healthcare and economic development.

Heartisans provides a customized job readiness program as well as life skills and mentoring to homeless and unemployed women living in the local community so they can provide for their families' needs and become contributing members of the community.

We transform the lives of vulnerable impoverished women. Empowering them with the skills and confidence to set up micro-businesses to provide their families with a daily meal, pay school fees, medical care and other basic needs.

We empower women and children living in rural communities to overcome social injustice, disease, illiteracy, and poverty. Our small-scale interventions enhance their social and economic well being and help them reach their potential.

Sampark's mission is to help vulnerable and poor people, especially women, to gain direct control over and improve their lives. This is achieved through educational interventions primarily aimed at increasing people's income-earning ability Sampark prioritizes empowerment and builds women-owned and managed organizations. Sampark's mission is to work with some of the most vulnerable people, e.g. people who are deprived of their human rights: devadasis (Women who are dedicated to goddesses and not allowed to marry and eventually pushed into the sex trade, women are trafficked and pushed into the sex trade in Nepal, inter-state migrant workers who do not get their rights and entitlements, and their children who are deprived of state-provided child care services and school education are the groups among which Sampark works. Sampark adopts a three-pronged strategy for promoting gender equality and social inclusion. It enables access to resources and services provided by the government, and by collective microfinance and enterprise promotion. It creates voice, influence, and agency by promoting people's own institutions such as women's Self Help Groups. These groups come together once a week to pool small savings which are then circulated as loans. Once savings discipline is established, small loans are provided through the NGO or through banks for enterprise start-up and growth. Sampark has so far established 1,500 Self Help Groups of women, six cooperatives in India and one cooperative and union in Nepal covering a total of 21,000 women. It has established the first union of construction workers in the state of Karnataka, has supported 20,000 migrant workers, of which 8,000 have been admitted into the state's Karnataka Construction and Other Workers' Welfare Board, creating access to the state's welfare schemes. Sampark has worked with at least 41,000 women and migrant workers, and over 7,000 children. It currently benefits directly 15,000 families, reaching 60,000 persons. The third strategy includes influencing policy and institutional norms, through which Sampark distills the advocacy agendas and raises these with the government so that they adopt policies that are sensitive to the needs of the most vulnerable persons in society. For instance, Sampark has influenced the government to not only admit more and more migrant workers as members who can benefit their schemes, it has also supported the government with data to reach out to these workers at the time of COVID-19 when these workers are being excluded from state support. Sampark has always promoted local leaders among the community, which is evidenced by the establishment and strengthening of cooperatives and unions, led by the community, especially women. These cooperatives have won awards by the district administration and recognized by different ministries and provided with several grants for building their assets and businesses, e.g. lands and buildings for their cooperatives, businesses such as pulses milling, etc. Using these strategies, Sampark achieves its mission of mainstreaming the marginalized sections of society, where marginalization and deprivation could be through sexual exploitation, economic exploitation, or migration.

Femergy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides girls and women with the skills-training to overcome gender barriers in public and private spheres. We offer equitable programs that provide holistic support in the areas of Education, Leadership, Health, and Wellness.

Creating an enabeling environment whereby social and cultural integration of marginalized and vulnerable children and women will occur, strengthening them through childcare, protection, skills training, health awareness, schooling and family re-unification resulting in dignity and independence of the individual and the community.

LifeTime Projects organises humanitarian and ecological projects in Bolivia, Guatemala, England and Cameroon. Our projects are all set up with local partner organizations in order to help build upon ongoing projects designed by, and for local people to help and empower vulnerable children, women and families and/or to protect local wildlife.

Dreamt and begun in 2007, Girls Education Mission International was officially registered in 2011 in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with registration number (CAC/IT/NO 45818). It was also registered with the Special Control Unit Against Money Laundering (SCUML) of the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with registration number (RN:SC 321400084). Despite improvements in global and national laws and policies that provide the normative framework for women to advance their rights, it is imperative to acknowledge that a vast number of girls continue to experience violence and gender discrimination at home, in schools and in their communities especially when it comes to getting an education. As part of our smart and creative strategy to better the lives of humanity, we are committed to eradicating poverty, building peace and creating sustainable impact among young women and girls using education to achieve this aim. We believe that girls education and empowerment is the vital tool to harness innovation to improvise novel solution that are not only smart and creative but also more effective, efficient and just in achieving demonstrable results when it comes to tackling the challenges continue to face globally. GEM works directly with girls, parents, teachers, and community leaders, all of whom are the ultimate drivers and stewards of meaningful change for themselves, their families and their communities.

Hope Inspired Ministries serves low-skilled, poorly educated, and chronically unemployed men and women by preparing them to obtain and maintain employment. We do so in a manner that develops individual worth, encourages personal responsibility, and promotes the value and honor of work. We introduce a way of life that promotes the development of the emotional, physical, and spiritual maturity in each student.

Outreach Uganda is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in Colorado and dedicated to helping empower Ugandans, especially women and children, to rise out of poverty. To do this, we work with village groups in Uganda to bring hope and improve lives, especially in the areas of education, women's empowerment, and self-sufficiency through job creation. Initially, our village groups help support themselves and their families through sales of paper beaded jewelry and other craft items. The beaders save money from their bead sales so they can then start own group or individual businesses to supplement their income and eventually we hope it will be their main source of income. Micro-credit loans from their group's internal revolving loan fund provides additional help for the ladies to either start businesses or further expand their existing businesses to a level that will help them rise above poverty. As an organization, we emphasize to both our donors and our clients that we believe in truly empowering those we help. In everything we do, we seek to be a partner with those we serve so that they do not become dependent on us, and so that we do not take away their spirit of wanting to help themselves. We believe that income-generation of the women, and education of the children is the way that families can truly become empowered. But it is essential to take a holistic approach and focus on multiple areas, all of which impact the woman's income-generation potential. For instance, a woman must be relatively healthy to be a successful business owner. Therefore, we must also help a woman address issues of health. For many of our women in northern Uganda, agriculture and the raising of cash crops will be key to their income generation potential. Therefore, agricultural issues, water issues and even land access and rights become important areas to address.

The mission of Sukarya is to focus on ensuring equitable access to quality health services for all including the poorest sections of the society, especially women, adolescents and children. All our interventions are designed and implemented to meet the following objectives: To improve maternal and child health To advocate, promote and sensitise communities on Primary Health Care, Reproductive Child Health and Family Planning. To advocate, encourage and guide positive 'health-seeking behaviour with special emphasis on physical, mental and social well-being. To empower women by strengthening their physical, emotional well-being and economic stability. To provide humanitarian assistance to areas affected by natural calamities such as cyclones, earthquakes and floods. The vision of Sukarya is health for all. Healthy and successful citizens contribute actively to overall growth of their family, community and the society.
