Our emergency services, 12-step recovery programs, job training, education and work programs offer a compassionate bridge to productive lives. We remove obstacles, and provide the accountability and structure that the people who are experiencing homelessness need to rejoin their communities. Our conviction and commitment to their success defines us.

Easterseals' mission is to provide exceptional services to ensure all people with disabilities or special needs and their families have equal opportunities to live, learn, work and play in their communities.

JVS SoCal provides workforce development and career services to help people gain the skills, coaching, and employer connections needed to obtain family‑sustaining jobs. They focus on job training, coaching, placement and wraparound supports for diverse populations across Southern California (including veterans, immigrants, and people with barriers to employment).

Golden Heart Ranch (GHR) provides young adults with intellectual and development disabilities opportunities to reach their fullest potentials and enjoy meaningful, satisfying and joyful lives. We are an inclusive community where all young adults learn, work and create lifelong friendships in a supportive and caring environment.

Homeboy Industries provides hope, training, and support to formerly gang-involved and previously incarcerated men and women, allowing them to redirect their lives and become contributing members of our community. Homeboy Industries is a beacon of hope and opportunity for those seeking to leave gang life, for whom the barriers and challenges are great, and for whom there is virtually no other avenue to enter mainstream society.

Trans Can Work (TCW) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Los Angeles, California, and is committed to advancing workplace inclusion through innovative training strategies and workforce development. Our tried and true system is based on decades of cumulative experience as transgender leaders working to advance inclusion in the public, private, and non-profit sectors across the country. We are ready to let our experience work for you. The landscape for LGBTQ inclusion is changing every day. In the US, an estimated 1.4 million adults in the US identify as transgender.
