The Population and Community Development Association (PDA) is a non-governmental organization operating in Thailand that works to create a sustainable future for communities by working directly with people most in need, including people affected by HIV/AIDS, the rural poor, and children. APF's mission is to reinforce the community of Fondwa Haiti, as well as, other local grassroots organizations throughout Haiti so that they can create wealth in their own rural communities.
