It is the MISSION of New Life for Haiti (NLFH) to give children a chance at a future, to meet the urgent needs of families, to foster new economic opportunities and to influence cultural thinking toward a sustainable change within the Grande Anse River Valley on the southern peninsula of Haiti, while acting as the hands and feet of Jesus to bring the life-giving and hopeful message of Christ’s salvation to the Haitian people.

Our vision is a community where no one goes hungry, where compassion, dignity, and respect are extended to all, and where the collective efforts of volunteers, donors, and partners ensure that every person has access to nutritious meals in an inclusive and welcoming environment. We strive to create a space that fosters connection, reduces food insecurity, and empowers individuals through the shared values of kindness and service.

Malnutrition contributes to more than half of all childhood deaths associated with infectious diseases like malaria and pneumonia. They aim to prevent child deaths due to severe acute malnutrition by treating the condition through the production and distribution of fortified foods.

FOOD PANTRY AND MEAL SERVICE FOR THE LOW INCOME/NEEDY PEOPLE OF CENTRAL IOWA. FOOD AT FIRST SERVICE APPROXIMATELY 25000 PEOPLE/MEALS IN THE CURRENT YEAR. THE FOOD PANTRY SERVED APPROXIMATELY 17000 PEOPLE AND 400 FAMILES IN THE CURRENT YEAR. FOOD IS DISTRIBUTED EVERY OTHER DAY OF THE YEAR.

Pack Away Hunger's mission is to eliminate hunger in Indiana and around the world through nutritious food, education and service. Nutritious Food. In the United States, our Nutri-Plenty Meals help stock the shelves of local food banks and pantries. In developing nations, our meals are used to offset chronic malnutrition in children, and to nourish communities suffering from hunger. Education. Each year, through community partnerships and meal packing events, we educate more than 8,000 people about the toll hunger takes on individuals and communities. Our hope is that this information will inspire people to advocate and care for the hungry in their own communities and around the world. Service. Meal packing events are a powerful and hands-on way for organizations and individuals to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life. Appropriate for all ages and all abilities, our events allow diverse groups to serve together, build camaraderie and promote team building.

LIVING HOPE FARM INC LOOKS TO EXPLORE WHAT IT MEANS TO COOPERATIVELY RAISE FOOD, TO FARM AND MANAGE LIVESTOCK WELL IN THE 21ST CENTURY; TO TREAT THE LAND AS A TREASURE, AND TO THINK OF FOOD AS A SACRED GIFT. LIVING HOPE FARM DESIRES TO BUILD NEW CONNECTIONS; MOVING FROM COMMODITIES TO COMMUNITY FROM FAST FOOD TO FRESH, LOCAL FOOD AND FROM MINDLESS EATING TO A RESPECTFUL, JUST ORIENTED WAY OF SHARING WHAT IS GROWN.
