p:ear builds positive relationships with homeless and transitional youth, ages15 to 24, through education, art and recreation to affirm personalworth and create more meaningful and healthier lives.

New Avenues for Youth is a Portland-based nonprofit organization dedicated to the prevention and intervention of youth homelessness. Our services for young people (ages 9-25) focus on the individual—their experiences, identities, needs, and goals—and helping them make positive change in their lives.

DESC helps people with the complex needs of homelessness, substance use disorders, and serious mental illness achieve their highest potential for health and well-being through comprehensive services, treatment, and housing.

Tumbleweed is a non-profit organization founded in 1972 to help homeless and forgotten youth in our community to grow and thrive. In 1975, the open hands program began offering shelter and counseling for youth in crisis. We now have a dozen programs that provide a full range of services.

Habitat for Humanity of St. Augustine/St. Johns county brings people of all walks of life together to build homes, communities, and hope.

The Community Hope Center’s mission is to provide assistance to all those in need in our community. We secure a “no wrong door” policy and are committed to providing resources or referrals for those who are actively searching for assistance and who are ready to forge a path towards self-sufficiency.

The Partnership for Strong Communities is a non-profit thought leader and policy advocacy organization focused on fostering vibrant communities, eliminating homelessness and creating homes.

Elijah Family Homes, a faith-based organization, fosters hope, dignity, and self-sufficiency through stable housing and supportive services for families in recovery.

Hale Barnard Corporation provides residential and supportive services of exceptional quality for a diverse older population in the Boston area.
