Step Up delivers compassionate support to people experiencing serious mental health issues, and persons who are experiencing chronic homelessness, to help them recover, stabilize, and integrate into the community. Through dynamic partnerships, we provide positive social and learning environments, vocational training, permanent supportive housing opportunities, and recovery services to empower individuals to cultivate lives of hope and dignity. We exercise innovative leadership and advocacy to increase public understanding, support and acceptance of all people living with serious mental health issues.

The Mistletoe Farm provides love-based temporary housing, education, discipline and resources to underserved communities, providing meals, clothing and support before reentry.

Habitat for Humanity- Lakeside is part of a global, nonprofit housing organization operated on Christian principles that seeks to put God’s love into action by building homes, communities and hope. Habitat for Humanity-Lakeside is dedicated to eliminating substandard housing locally and worldwide through constructing, rehabilitating and preserving homes; by advocating for fair and just housing policies; and by providing training and access to resources to help families improve their shelter conditions. Seeking to put God's love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities, and hope.

Rebuilding Together San Francisco mobilizes teams of volunteer to repair homes and community facilities. By using and resources resources in our community, we can provide these repairs free of charge to low income residents in San Francisco.

Alameda Point Collaborative is working to end homelessness and its symptoms by providing housing and support services to create communities where formerly homeless families and individuals can flourish.

The Redwood Gospel Mission, in the grace and power of Jesus Christ, mobilizes the community to minister to the needy so that lives are transformed.

Shelter Partnership, Inc. is a nonprofit organization collaboratively solving homelessness in Los Angeles County through policy analysis, program design, resource development, and advocacy in support of agencies and local government that serve the homeless.

Facing Forward ends homelessness for families and individuals by offering hope, help and housing. Facing Forward provides permanent housing, education, advocacy, and social services.

Today, known as the Roxborough Home for Women, this Victorian gem continues to honor the mission of its founder as a nonprofit community providing personal care services for women in a nurturing, caring and homelike environment.

To support military members, veterans, and their families staying at Fisher Houses and those who are eligible to utilize Fisher Houses but staying at other appropriate points of care venues while they receive medical treatment, care or support.
