Our mission is to help unaccompanied, homeless youth ages 12-25 to become happy, self-sufficient adults.

Originally established in 1989, Supporting Kidds is dedicated to serving the needs of bereaved children in Delaware. Our Center for Grieving Children and their Families in Hockessin provides a safe place to participate in healing programs that bring hope for their future. It also serves as the central hub for our outreach programs that engage the community to support children in the grieving process. Following a brief merger, Supporting Kidds re-emerged as an independent nonprofit organization with a new 501 (c) (3) number in early 2020 to continue the mission and vision of our our founding organization. Our mission is to provide a compassionate pathway to healing for grieving children and their families, and to empower the community to support them in the grieving process.

Goodwin House is dedicated to reinvesting in our community and neighborhoods, expanding our health care services and creating new, groundbreaking programs. Unity shelter has a very specific mission to help provide housing for those in our community who have none. While young, our leadership, the need, programs, volunteers, services & friends are not new at all to our area.

Portico Housing Solutions (PHS) is a unique, twelve to eighteen month opportunity for serious, employed, single homeless men to bridge from the street to their own permanent housing. PHS provides love with accountability - dignified, safe, affordable bridge housing to enable tenants to transform their lives to self-sufficiency.

The mission of the Richard Murphy Hospice House is to provide a safe and comfortable haven for hospice patients who are without primary caregivers, and/or is at risk in their current home environment if such home exists at all. There will be no financial charge to the patient or their families.

Interfaith Sanctuary Shelter is home for a warm meal and a safe place to lay your head for all genders, races, religions, and sexual orientation. We are a sanctuary for families with children allowing them to find shelter together. We are a shelter full of hopes and dreams offering second chances and supportive services everyday.

Since its founding in 2007, Project Horseshoe Farm has been dedicated to pursuing its 3 part mission of building on the strengths of our wonderful community, supporting better lives for our vulnerable neighbors, and preparing citizen service leaders for tomorrow's communities
