The mission of Casa de Peregrinos is to alleviate hunger in our community through the acquisition and distribution of nutritious food. As part of that mission, they also commit ourselves to promoting public awareness of hunger in Doña Ana County and to securing broad-based support for hunger prevention and relief in the county.

Family Promise of Jacksonville helps families with children who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness by providing temporary shelter, individualized case management, and prevention/diversion services. The affiliate works with local congregations, volunteers, and community partners to move families into stable housing and support long‑term self‑sufficiency.

The mission of Halifax Urban Ministries (HUM) is to instill hope in those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless by meeting needs and helping achieve self-sufficiency. HUM offers homeless prevention & assistance services throughout Volusia and Flagler counties through HUM service centers and distributed services at 30 partner & school locations.

The past thirty years of protecting children, ages newborn through thirteen years, in crisis situations has made one thing perfectly clear: our job will never be done and there will always be more we can do. This mindset has led us to making great strides in preventing child abuse and neglect by extending case management services to the whole family when a child is admitted into our emergency shelter. Our Emergency Shelter services are essential in keeping children safe and secure while opening up a doorway to address the underlying issues that lead to child abuse and neglect. Critical case management (parenting classes, referrals to financial management classes and substance abuse programs, and a collaborative network of agencies and community resources) helps us to alleviate the immediate crisis situation while focusing on eliminating the cause of that situation.  Prevention is a key component to ending the violent cycle of child abuse and neglect. Our STEP Parenting program prevents child abuse and neglect by teaching caregivers valuable parenting skills and connecting them to critical community resources. Teen parents gain job skills, education, and parenting and life skills through our No Kidding: Straight Talk from Teen Parents program.

AMADTek Housing Solutions works together with families, local communities, volunteers, and partners around the Baton Rouge area to enable those in need to live in affordable and safe housing. With our focus on families experiencing homelessness, we also provide educational tools to overcome the systematic barriers that have historically prevented low income families from obtaining adequate shelter.

The Running Rebels Community Organization Engages the community, youth, and their families, Prevents involvement in gangs, drugs, violence, and the juvenile justice system, Intervenes and guides youth by assisting them with making positive choices, and Coaches youth through their transition into adulthood. They accomplish this through building relationships with youth and providing the resources and skills necessary for them to become thriving, connected, and contributing adult members of their community.

The Well in the Desert is a 501c3 non-profit organization that provides daily nutritious hot meals, emergency food assistance, weekly supplemental food distribution and a wide array of services through advocacy to those affected by poverty, including the working poor, the homeless, seniors, the handicapped and others in need throughout the western end of the Coachella Valley. Our mission fuels programs for poverty prevention, direct services for poverty intervention, and an organized effort to advocate for the poor.

Promise House moves abused, abandoned and neglected youth toward safety and success. The agency is one of the ONLY organizations in Dallas County designed to accommodate homeless and runaway young people between the ages of 0 and 24. We provide crisis intervention, transitional housing, pregnant and parenting teen support, counseling, street outreach and education services. By connecting at-risk youth with the resources and encouragement they need to become healthy, self-sufficient adults, we work to prevent chronic homelessness in North Texas.

The mission of HEARTH, an acronym for Homelessness Ends with Advocacy, Resources, Training, and Housing, is to provide a progression of supportive services and housing that empowers families to become independent, self-sufficient and adequately housed and to foster low income housing opportunities to prevent homelessness and encourage safe, affordable housing. Through our transitional housing program, and HEARTH at Benet Woods, our new permanent affordable housing development, HEARTH helps families in crisis regain their sense of independence, self-worth, and job-readiness skills for today's business environment.

Since 1914, Bethesda Mission has been a missionary arm of the local church, reaching out to men, women, and children by providing the poor and homeless with shelter, food, clothing, Christian counseling, and working to restore self-sufficiency for all guests. This mission is accomplished through six ministries: -Men's Mission: 4 levels of care - Transient, Long-term Recovery, After-Care, Social Services -Women's Mission: Comprehensive long-term recovery and after-care -Community (Youth) Center: Mentoring, Equipping, Preventing at-risk youth and families -Medical/Dental Clinics: Health & Dental care for men and women guests and uninsured poor -Mobile Mission: Direct assistance to chronic homeless on the streets -Outreach: Food & Household products distributed to rural poor
