Habitat for Humanity of Greater Lowell (HfHGL) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that works to strengthen families and communities by building and renovating simple, decent, safe, energy efficient and affordable homes. We work in partnership with corporations, like-minded community groups, faith-based organizations and individual volunteers.

The mission of Greensboro Urban Ministry is to express the love of God to people in need through practical action in the Greater Greensboro area.

Our Mission is to meet through the power of Jesus Christ the needs of the whole person: spiritual, educational, emotional, physical, social, and vocational, so that those who are hurting may become fully functioning members of society.

The mission of the Fair Housing Center is to end discrimination in housing and public accommodations and to promote accessible, integrated communities. Our service area includes Clinton, Eaton, Hillsdale, Ingham, Jackson, Lenawee, Livingston, Monroe, Shiawassee, and Washtenaw counties.

Caritas of Austin works to prevent and end homelessness in Greater Austin by providing stable housing and tailored supportive services — including housing navigation, case management, food access, education, and workforce programs — so people can regain stability and long-term wellbeing.

IPH provides a continuum of services for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, operating shelters, community drop‑in services and supportive housing while helping clients move toward self‑sufficiency, empowerment and housing stability.

The Western Home Foundation raises and stewards charitable gifts to support Western Home Communities — funding scholarships, amenities, and long‑term endowment support to improve life and care for residents and to support staff development. It exists to secure philanthropic resources that enhance quality of life across the Western Home Communities campus.

The Haven of Grace provides a safe, faith‑based maternity residence and supportive programs helping pregnant, unhoused women and their children move from homelessness toward stable independence through shelter, education, case management and long‑term supports.

Suncoast Charities for Children raises funds through public events and other fundraising activities and uses those proceeds to provide grants and support to local nonprofit agencies that serve children, teens, and adults with special needs. Their work also funds the Suncoast Foundation and helps maintain facilities used by partner agencies so program dollars can stay focused on services.

COTS provides emergency shelter, services, and housing for people who are without homes or who are marginally housed. COTS advocates for long-term solutions to end homelessness. We believe: in the value and dignity of very human life; that housing is a fundamental human right; that emergency shelter is not the solution to homelessness.

HOPE 4 Youth provides services and housing-focused support to young people (roughly ages 16–24) who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness in the north-metro Twin Cities area. They operate a drop‑in center that offers basic needs (meals, hygiene, storage), case management, housing navigation, and transitional housing to help youth move toward stable housing, education, and employment.

The Social Justice Learning Institute (SJLI) is dedicated to improving the education, health, and well-being of youth and communities of color by empowering them to enact social change through research, training, and community mobilization.
