Oakland Elizabeth House is a transitional program for women with children who have experienced homelessness, domestic violence, addiction, and/or poverty. Its mission is to support women and children in their transition to independence. Oakland Elizabeth House is dedicated to creating and maintaining a nurturing cooperative living environment of hospitality and respect. Located in the Rockridge area of Oakland, we have the capacity to house 10 families and two community resident interns.

PROVIDE DAY & NIGHT EMERGENCY SELTER FOR MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN. IN THE 8 YEARS SINCE OPENING THE SHELTER, THERE HAVE BEEN NO DEATHS DUE TO EXPOSURE IN THE SIOUXLAND AREA.

Zelie’s Home is a caring community that empowers pregnant and parenting women to take positive and effective action on behalf of themselves and their children by providing physical, emotional, spiritual, and professional support.

Chadwick Residence provides supportive housing and a variety of professional services for homeless women and their children in an environment that empowers them to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to increase their self-sufficiency.

We help rebuild the lives of women who have experienced trauma, sexual exploitation, addiction, and incarceration through safe housing, long-term support, and community partnerships

Lake County Haven empowers homeless women and their children to achieve permanent, independent living. It is our vision that no one who enters our programs will ever be homeless again.

Portland Rescue Mission gives hope and restores life to men, women and children suffering in homelessness, addiction, hunger and abuse. Our various centers are located in Portland, Oregon.

Breaking Free is a Minnesota-based non-profit and social justice/social change organization founded in 1996 by Vednita Carter. Every year, Breaking Free helps over 500 women escape systems of prostitution and sexual exploitation through advocacy, direct services, housing, and education. Our main offices are located in St. Paul, Minnesota, with a branch in Minneapolis. Breaking Free's doors are open to women throughout Minnesota and the United States.

Matthew's Hope fosters the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of the homeless men, women and children of our community by meeting basic needs, developing skills and restoring dignity and independence

The Delores Project provides safe, comfortable shelter and personalized services for unaccompanied women and transgender individuals experiencing homelessness. We also work to end homelessness by advocating for housing solutions.
