Lazarus House's mission is to offer guests connected to St. Charles, Geneva, Batavia and western rural Kane County, Illinois, who are homeless or in need, hope for the future by providing hospitality, food, safe shelter, and education – tools for life. Visions And Pathways

Visions and Pathways (visionsandpathways.org) was New Jersey's first private, 501(c)(3) non-profit youth shelter, incorporated in 1970 and opened in 1973. It is the mission of Visions and Pathways to provide abused, neglected and homeless youth with housing, a stable environment, and supportive services that guide them in becoming self-sufficient.Visions and Pathways addresses the community problems of child abuse, homelessness, runaway youth, and families in conflict. The agency provides 11 programs: Brahma House residential crisis intervention program; Passages, My Place and Whitney House residential transitional-living programs; Prosperity independent-living skills education program; Street Smart street outreach program; Transitional Learning Center for in-house education instruction; Bridge House and Village House, which provide supportive-housing for young adults who are aging-out of the child welfare system, an Arts and Recreation Program, and Transitions Program to provide aftercare services and support for youth who have been discharged from a Visions and Pathways program. The agency's residential programs are located in Bridgewater, New Jersey. There is a satellite Street Smart street outreach office in Morristown, NJ. The Street Smart street outreach program is targeted to adolescents and young adults between the ages of 13 and 21 who are living on the street or in other unsafe environments and are at-risk of sexual abuse and/or exploitation/human trafficking.

The Gathering Inn's mission is to meet people where they are, inspire hope, and walk alongside them on their journey to sustainable housing. In its 19th year of operation, TGI offers a complete continuum of housing and supportive services for homeless individuals: emergency housing; medical respite care; permanent supportive housing; external housing placement; comprehensive support services; education and training; and aftercare follow-up. Not only does The Gathering Inn exist to fulfill the original mission and vision of our founders, but it also builds on that foundation by expanding services that address barriers to housing. The Harbour

MISSION: The Harbour provides emergency housing and services to youth experiencing homelessness in order to promote safety, stability, and personal growth. The Harbour’s vision is to provide opportunities that guide and empower youth to their fullest potential through safe housing, critical emergency interventions, positive mentoring, and resource services. Stable housing in tandem with educational and vocational support, life skills training, and intensive financial literacy support, coupled with the mentoring and nurturing support of caring adults are hallmarks of each program. Unlike adults, most homeless youth have never lived on their own and typically lack the skills or financial resources to begin living independently and sustain a path to independence and housing stability.

Lost-N-Found Youth is an Atlanta-based 501(c)3 nonprofit whose mission is to end homelessness for all LGBTQ+ youth by providing them with the skills and support needed to live independently. We operate a 24/7 hotline at 678-856-7825, emergency beds, a food pantry, drop-in center which offers showers, food, laundry and case management, a thrift store and educational programing. Lost-n-Found Youth is Atlanta’s only nonprofit agency actively working to take homeless LGBTQ youth off the street.
