Jackson Street Youth Services is here to promote safety, stability, and well-being for youth. We work to prevent homelessness by showing a path to long-term success through building positive relationships and skills for self-sufficiency.

Serenity House strives to prevent homelessness throughout Clallam County by offering programs that target the root causes of homelessness. These programs include best-practice housing-first methodology, homelessness prevention, provision of low-income and permanent supportive housing, transitional housing and immediate emergency shelter. Our focus is on creating permanent solutions that cultivate a culture of self-reliance among those we serve, empowering them to find housing, employment, make everyday choices, and approach any other crises that may arise from a place of safety.

Hamilton Families works to end family homelessness in the San Francisco Bay Area by providing shelter, transitional housing, homelessness-prevention and rapid re-housing services, and supports for children and families to achieve stable, long-term housing.

Guided by our mission to assure the safety and resiliency of children by strengthening families and their communities, Home Start, Inc., a non-profit child abuse prevention, and treatment agency has strengthened and developed San Diego’s families and communities since 1972.

Ending homelessness means addressing it at all levels, from the possibility of a housing crisis to its permanent resolution. We prevent homelessness whenever possible, respond to housing crises when they do occur, and stabilize people with supportive services and housing.

Benilde Hall Program’s mission is to promote balanced and responsible independent living by preventing the relapse of chemically dependent homeless persons through housing and substance abuse treatment so they can work and live without the havoc and chaos caused by addiction and homelessness.

New Avenues for Youth is a Portland-based nonprofit organization dedicated to the prevention and intervention of youth homelessness. Our services for young people (ages 9-25) focus on the individual—their experiences, identities, needs, and goals—and helping them make positive change in their lives.

Our mission is to prevent and end homelessness, one life at a time. Established in 1950 to serve San Diegans experiencing homelessness and poverty, Father Joe’s Villages has grown to include a comprehensive campus and scattered-site programs that house over 2,000 people nightly.

Family Rescue is dedicated to eliminating domestic violence in the Chicago community by providing comprehensive support services and shelter to victims of domestic violence, particularly to abused women and their children; engaging in advocacy to promote future system change; and encouraging prevention through community education.

Father Bill's & MainSpring is committed to ending and preventing homelessness in Southern Massachusetts with programs that provide emergency and permanent housing and help people obtain skills, jobs, housing, and services. We help people who are struggling with homelessness or are at risk of homelessness to achieve self-sufficiency.

Primavera co-creates pathways out of poverty by providing housing, workforce development, homeownership and financial education, and community development services. The organization focuses on preventing and ending homelessness and helping individuals and families achieve long-term financial stability and safe, affordable housing.

Community CARES (Carlisle Cares) provides emergency shelter, coordinated entry, outreach, and supportive services to people and families experiencing homelessness in Cumberland County. The organization operates a resource/day center, shelters, prevention and outreach programs to help clients stabilize and find housing.
