OUR MISSION Lake County Honor Flight celebrates America's veterans with a multi-day trip to Washington, D.C. to visit the memorials dedicated to honor their service and sacrifices. The Lake County Honor Flight works diligently to raise funds so that trips are available to veterans at no cost! The Lake County Honor Flight hub is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We continue to be operated by both veteran and civilian volunteers. We have the unique ability to address the specific needs of combat veterans through firsthand knowledge. Victory Gym VHC offers a community where members “speak the same language”, share similar experiences, and can once again feel camaraderie and a sense of importance. Victory Gym VHC is a special place where everyone is welcome. We are entirely staffed by volunteers (including management), all of our equipment has been donated, and every penny goes toward furthering our mission.
