Patient AirLift Services (PALS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable aviation organization. Our mission is to connect the charitable aviation community to people in need. We arrange free air transportation for individuals requiring medical diagnosis, treatment or follow-up, for compassionate assistance, for military personnel/family requests through the PALS for Patriots Program, or for humanitarian purposes through the PALS Sky Hope Disaster Relief Program.

Our mission at Family Car Foundation Inc is to provide affordable car ownership to families seeking financial stability. We empower families seeking financial stability by providing car ownership and needs-based services to enhance their quality of life.

By providing hope and positive vision, Optimists bring out the best in youth, our communities and each other. In Golden, Colorado, we carry out this mission by supporting community causes and organizations. We also organize our own initiatives, including a school supply drive for Golden elementary and middle schools; forensics club support and an oratorical contest for Golden high school students. Our largest program is our community bicycle shop and Bicycle Recycle Program.

Sponsored by the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas, Villa St. Francis Catholic nursing home provides long term care, short term rehabilitation, and skilled memory care to those in need, regardless of their financial means.
