The mission of Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care is to bring expert care, peace of mind, comfort, guidance, and hope to people who are affected by life-limiting illness or by grief. FEEST is an organization led by youth of color in South Seattle and South King County working to improve health in our schools. Focusing on the need for more healthy, affordable, and culturally relevant food at school, FEEST centers young people as leaders toward concrete changes in our food systems. Our mission is to set the table for young people to transform the health and equity of their community by gathering around food & working towards systems change. At the foundation of our work are youth-led dinners where students gather around food and build community with peers. Breaking bread together builds lasting connections that become a foundation for long-term organizing. Rooted in radical joy, we are building power toward policy changes that increase food access for all students.

Hospice East Bay is committed to providing the hospice and palliative care services that support and comfort people and their loved ones through the final stages of life.

Ranken Jordan is a pediatric bridge hospital providing a continuum of care for medically complicated children and their families.

Building brighter futures through exceptional behavioral health services, especially for those with the greatest need.

Angel Flight Central is serving people in need by arranging charitable flights for access to health care or other humanitarian purposes.

To prepare and serve meals to the homeless and needy in the Wildwood area 6 days a week, to send healthy, nutritious food home in the backpacks of children of low-income families in local schools, to send meals to transient people staying in local extended stay motels 5 days a week, and to raise money to support other local organizations with a similar mission.

The mission of Mystic Valley Elder Services is to support the rights of older adults and adults living with disabilities to live independently with dignity in a setting of their choice by providing them and caregivers with information, advice, and access to quality services and resources.

Our mission is to empower and advocate for those impacted by aging and disability. We offer information and supportive services that enhance health, well-being and independence.

Bethany Home is a nonprofit retirement community serving people age 60+ by offering a continuum of care — independent apartments, memory care, skilled/post-acute rehabilitation, and long‑term nursing — in a homelike, ecumenical environment focused on compassionate, quality care.
