Roof Above, formerly Urban Ministry Center & Men’s Shelter of Charlotte, offers a spectrum of homeless services and housing programs.

With the use of volunteers, identify those in need and provide for families of Williamson County with meals and special gifts for each family member during the holidays.

Alameda Meals on Wheels'mission is to promote independant living by providing meals and nutrition services to persons of all ages, delivered daily to their homes. It also provides, through its Friendly Visitor program, weekly visits of friendship.

MEALS ON WHEELS TEXAS PROMOTES MEMBER NETWORKING, BEST PRACTICE SHARING, EDUCATION, PILOT PROGRAMS, AND THE DISTRIBUTION OF SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANT FUNDS.

The Trezevant Manor Foundation exists to support the Trezevant LifeCare community by raising and stewarding gifts that enhance residents’ quality of life, provide financial assistance for residents in need, and offer scholarships/support for staff and local nonprofit initiatives in the Memphis area.

The Food Group works to reduce hunger and expand equitable access to nutritious, culturally relevant food across Minnesota. They distribute fresh produce and groceries through a network of partner food shelves and affordable grocery programs, while also supporting and educating emerging local farmers through Big River Farms to strengthen the regional food system.

Meals On Wheels of Chemung County prepares and delivers nutritious, diet‑appropriate meals and provides daily personal contact to homebound, elderly, frail, or disabled residents of Chemung County so they can remain independent. The program is volunteer‑driven and also operates congregate meal sites and related nutrition services.

Meals on Wheels of Long Beach delivers freshly prepared, nutritionally balanced meals with a friendly visit to homebound seniors, veterans, and people with disabilities so they can remain safe and independent at home. The organization also connects clients to supportive services to reduce isolation and promote overall well‑being.
