Martha Jefferson House is a nonprofit senior‑living community that provides a full continuum of care — independent living, assisted living, and long‑term nursing — in a home‑like setting. It aims to support healthy aging and maximize residents’ physical and cognitive abilities through person‑centered care and on‑site therapeutic services.

East Cooper Meals on Wheels delivers daily nutrition to residents within our service area who are homebound or unable to provide their own meals. We also advocate on behalf of recipients whose needs exceed the scope of our program.

Citymeals on Wheels funds and coordinates the preparation and delivery of nutritious weekend, holiday, and emergency meals and provides regular social check‑ins for homebound older New Yorkers. The organization partners with community meal centers and the NYC Department for the Aging to ensure continuity of meals and companionship for frail, isolated seniors across all five boroughs.

Meals On Wheels of Central Maryland delivers nutritious home‑delivered meals and provides personal contact and supportive services so aging, homebound, and disabled adults can remain healthy and independent in their own homes. Their programs pair meal delivery with wellness checks, companionship, and other support services to promote safety and quality of life.

Respecting the dignity of every human being, no matter their need or physical condition, Lubbock Meals on Wheels will provide nutritious home-delivered meals to those who are homebound, elderly, or disabled. We shall seek to break the social isolation experienced by the homebound, by providing warm, caring, friendly contact through our volunteers

THE CENTER OWNS AND OPERATES A 141 BED NURSING HOME THAT PROVIDES INPATIENT LONG-TERM CARE AND RECUPERATIVE SERVICES FOR ITS PATIENTS.

Daily Bread’s mission is to ensure that no one faces hunger or homelessness alone. We provide dignity and quality of life to the hungry and needy we serve, with daily hot meals and access to hygienic services. Together with community partners, we provide food collection, distribution services, and access to social and educational agencies providing clients with the opportunity to become self-sufficient.
