Daughters of Sarah is a faith‑based, non‑profit senior community that provides a continuum of elder care—including skilled nursing, short‑term rehabilitation, memory care, assisted living, hospice and related services—aimed at enhancing residents’ quality of life, safety, dignity, and independence consistent with Jewish values and traditions.

Cocoa Packs runs a weekend/supplemental food program for children in the Hershey area, providing packaged meals, hygiene items and other supports to reduce childhood food insecurity and improve student wellness.

Meals on Wheels of Eastern Onondaga County's mission is to provide nutritionally balanced and delicious tasting food to people unable to prepare or provide healthy meals for themselves; enabling healthy independence and facilitating aging at home. We serve the East Syracuse, Minoa, Kirkville, Bridgeport, Fayetteville, Manlius, Jamesville, DeWitt, Fabius, Pompey, LaFayette, and Tully communities within New York.

LifeLine Pilots coordinates free air transportation, through volunteer pilots, for passengers with medical or humanitarian needs far from home. Our vision is a world where every person has equal access to transportation for healthcare and humanitarian needs.

To enhance the wellness of Rockland County’s older adults and their families by supporting safety, independence, and health. The organization delivers nutritious home‑delivered meals, operates senior activity centers that provide social, educational and transportation services, and offers related supports to reduce isolation and help seniors remain independent.

The mission of Meals on Wheels Delaware is to ensure, through the provision of financial and human resources, that every eligible senior in the State of Delaware receives a hot, nutritious meal in their home. • We will continuously engage in fundraising activities and programs, and will strive to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our fundraising activities.• We will actively engage ourselves in communities throughout Delaware to increase public awareness and promote volunteer support of Meals on Wheels programs.

Meals On Wheels of Mercer County provides daily home-delivered, nutritionally appropriate meals and friendly volunteer visits to homebound older adults and others who cannot shop or cook for themselves, aiming to reduce food insecurity and social isolation so participants can remain healthy and independent in their homes.
