THE KITCHEN FOUNDATION EXISTS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR SUPPORT OF THE MISSION AND PROGRAMS OF THE KITCHEN INC.

The Bridge's purpose is to reduce adult long-term homelessness in Dallas and the surrounding region by developing, coordinating, and/or delivering the following services: outreach/intake, jail diversion/reentry, emergency shelter/transitional shelter, primary health care/behavioral health care, recreational/educational activities, employment/supported employment/disability income and affordable housing/supportive housing. The Bridge benefits the broader community with increasing public safety and improving public health.

We are committed to reducing suffering and saving lives throughout Colorado by providing food and clothing to those in need.

Norwin Area Meals on Wheels prepares and delivers nutritious hot meals to homebound residents and seniors in the Norwin/North Huntingdon area who cannot cook for themselves, using volunteers and community support to reduce hunger and provide social contact.

ACC (originally incorporated as the Asian Community Center of Sacramento Valley) provides culturally sensitive health, social and residential services for older adults in the Sacramento region; it aims to enhance seniors’ welfare and independence through a mix of community programs, caregiver supports, transportation, meals and long‑term care services.

The mission of Meals-on-Wheels of White Plains is to deliver both food and compassion to our homebound neighbors in need. Meals-on-Wheels serves the shut-ins of our city who are unable to shop or prepare adequate meals themselves. These people are homebound due to some medical problem or condition such as a physical injury, physical illness, mental illness, recovery from surgery, etc. Meals-on-Wheels delivers two delicious and nutritionally balanced meals per day. Our goal is to bring to each client a smile and meals that taste great, look pleasing and meet their special health needs. We deliver two delicious and nutritionally balanced meals per day. Jessica And Friends Community provides residential homes, day-programs and home/community supports for adults with developmental disabilities (including autism), focusing on life-skills training, independence, and community inclusion. Their programs emphasize faith-based, person-centered supports across residential and community settings.
