H.Y.S.S.O.P. Housing Inc.-Honoring Your Seasoned Spirit in Opulent Places was founded 2010, formed as a group in 2012, acquired its 501c3 non-profit status in 2015. We exist to provide aging 55+ LGBTQ Women of Color quality housing in a supportive environment. We seek to improve the quality of life for this community and to respond to the needs of this community through housing ventures. We aspire to provide safe, fully sustainable, culturally diverse housing for aging 55+ LGBTQ Women of Color and the women & family who love them. We believe that aging 55+ LGBTQ Women of Color deserve the right to live in an environment that supports our sexuality, cultural sensitivity, different abilities, as well as address the care and well-being of our overall self.

The mission of Mystic Valley Elder Services is to support the rights of older adults and adults living with disabilities to live independently with dignity in a setting of their choice by providing them and caregivers with information, advice, and access to quality services and resources.

The Heart Touch Project is a non profit educational organization dedicated to the training and delivery of compassionate and healing touch to homebound or hospitalized, men, women and children.

At Mama’s Kitchen we believe that everyone is entitled to the basic necessity of life — nutritious food. As a community-driven organization, we provide nutrition support to men, women, and children affected by AIDS or cancer who are vulnerable to hunger.

Ozanam Hall of Queens Nursing Home, Inc.’s mission is to provide holistic care to the aged and infirm in an atmosphere of Christian understanding and faith. We hold in reverential esteem the sanctity of life. Although mental and/or physical limitations may exist, the life of every human being is considered sacred. Each one has, therefore, a moral responsibility to respect and protect that basic right to life.

Labouré College is the longest educator of nurses in Boston. They were founded by the Daughters of Charity, a Catholic order of nuns dedicated to caring for the sick and underserved with compassion. Over 125 years later, Labouré College carries on the Daughters’ mission with a strong commitment to educating diverse men and women who are called to a career in caring for others. Labouré’s mission is to provide high quality education to prepare women and men for careers in nursing and healthcare. They seek to provide opportunities to a diverse population of students to continue their education as mature adults and responsible citizens. Their proud legacy is over 8,000 alumni, caring for patients with skill and compassion in the Boston area and around the world.

South Shore Elder Services is committed to promoting and maintaining the independence of all elders in our communities, and we will work to assist every caller. The Center for Hope Hospice provides terminally ill patients with the natural, humane care known as hospice and their families or loved ones with physical, emotional, and spiritual support during their time of need. The Center brings to its patients a new, caring quality of life that actively supports the individual's right to live out the remainder of their life with dignity and in comfort, surrounded by the love of family and friends, and eased from the burdens of distress be it physical, emotional, spiritual, financial or social.​ The Center provides family and loved ones with the opportunity to discover and embrace the gift of life as they journey through loss. The Center welcomes all terminally ill patients, their families and loved ones without concern for race, ethnicity, religious affiliation or ability to pay.
