Our Mission is to furnish nutritious meals and combat social isolation. The nourishment and compassion we deliver benefits our recipients to live with independence and dignity. The meals we deliver along with the midday safety checks, provides the peace of mind for family members. Currently we serve five communities. We receive no government funding; we are funded by reasonable fees plus community support.

Aging Together builds collaborations that create and enhance supports for older persons, their families and their caregivers in Culpeper, Fauquier, Rappahannock, Madison and Orange Counties.

(Formerly Known As New Haven Home Recovery) New Reach inspires independence for those affected by homelessness and poverty through a continuum of housing and support using the most innovative and progressive methods.

CVAS is a no kill 501 c3 shelter for the surrendered, neglected, and abandoned animals of Stevens County, WA. While relying entirely upon donations and volunteers, our goal is to bring awareness to the community about animal welfare and the importance of spay and neuter while also providing and maintaining adequate care for our animals.

To enable people to live with dignity and independence by offering community support through nutritious meals and coordinated services that improve well-being.This program serves all 41 cities located within the boundaries of Tarrant County, Texas. The largest city is Fort Worth.

Wheels of Success helps keep working people working so that they are able to support themselves and provide for their families. Throughout ten years of community support, Wheels of Success has provided over 1000 transportation related services, including over 500 vehicles to Tampa Bay area families. Our goal is to raise funds to get more families on the road by providing vehicles to applicants who have been “waiting for wheels” and to help others by paying for needed repairs to vehicles they already own.

JCHE provides safe and affordable independent housing where older adults of all backgrounds can age in community. Our programs and services enable residents to live a full life of connection and purpose in a dynamic and supportive environment.
