Pilots for Patients arranges volunteer, no‑cost air transportation so medically stable, ambulatory patients can reach specialty medical facilities when commercial travel isn’t practical — reducing travel burden so patients can focus on care and recovery.

The Center for Hope Hospice provides terminally ill patients with the natural, humane care known as hospice and their families or loved ones with physical, emotional, and spiritual support during their time of need. The Center brings to its patients a new, caring quality of life that actively supports the individual's right to live out the remainder of their life with dignity and in comfort, surrounded by the love of family and friends, and eased from the burdens of distress be it physical, emotional, spiritual, financial or social.​ The Center provides family and loved ones with the opportunity to discover and embrace the gift of life as they journey through loss. The Center welcomes all terminally ill patients, their families and loved ones without concern for race, ethnicity, religious affiliation or ability to pay.

East Cooper Meals on Wheels delivers daily nutrition to residents within our service area who are homebound or unable to provide their own meals. We also advocate on behalf of recipients whose needs exceed the scope of our program.

Open Table works to end hunger in its local communities by providing healthy, culturally appropriate groceries and prepared meals through an on-site pantry, mobile pantries, and delivery programs. The organization emphasizes serving people with dignity and partners with local agencies to reach seniors, families, and others in need.

Meals On Wheels of Mercer County provides daily home-delivered, nutritionally appropriate meals and friendly volunteer visits to homebound older adults and others who cannot shop or cook for themselves, aiming to reduce food insecurity and social isolation so participants can remain healthy and independent in their homes.

Meals on Wheels of Wappingers Falls is a local volunteer-driven program that prepares and/or delivers low‑cost or donated meals to seniors and homebound residents of Wappingers Falls and nearby areas, helping address food insecurity and providing a regular wellness check and social contact. The program operates as one of several local “Meals on Wheels” providers in Dutchess County and works with local churches and the county Office for the Aging to reach eligible residents.

Cocoa Packs runs a weekend/supplemental food program for children in the Hershey area, providing packaged meals, hygiene items and other supports to reduce childhood food insecurity and improve student wellness.

Nashua Soup Kitchen & Shelter provides food, emergency shelter, and a wide range of supportive services to individuals and families throughout Greater Nashua. We work to improve and increase access to a full spectrum of basic needs through engaging in advocacy work, conducting sustainable programs, and thoughtfully collaborating with peer agencies.

Mary Wade provides the highest quality medical and social programs and supervised residential services for seniors in need. We support a community of caring to promote individual abilities in our traditional, dignified, and comfortable campus as well as connecting with the broader community.

St. Joseph’s Residence is in Enfield and welcomes needy elderly (65+) into a home-like atmosphere, where they can Age in Place. Residents of any race, religion, ethnic background, or national origin are welcome at St. Joseph’s Residence.
