BEDROCK FOUNDATION

As the cornerstone for great senior care on the South Plains and eastern New Mexico, Carillon is a self-owned, not-for-profit retirement community. Carillon was first created in 1975 with the idea that retirement and subsequent lifelong care could be a positive journey. In 1985, Carillon Foundation was formed as the fundraising and charitable giving office of Carillon, Incorporated. The Foundation’s unique mission is to accept charitable donations for the benefit of Carillon residents, family members and the citizens of West Texas. While resident fees support the annual operating costs for Carillon Inc., Carillon Foundation raises funds in order to provide the margin of excellence for care at Carillon and to benefit the larger community through support of research into healthy aging.

Daily Bread’s mission is to ensure that no one faces hunger or homelessness alone. We provide dignity and quality of life to the hungry and needy we serve, with daily hot meals and access to hygienic services. Together with community partners, we provide food collection, distribution services, and access to social and educational agencies providing clients with the opportunity to become self-sufficient.

The Community Kitchen exists to provide food for those who are hungry, conversation for those who are lonely and rest for those who are struggling.

At LifePath Hospice, we go way beyond those basic hospice requirements to identify and meet the specific needs of each patient and family—from extra homelike touches in our two hospice houses to the hands-on bereavement care we provide to families long after their loved one has died. The mission of LifePath Hospice is to provide quality palliative care and relieve the suffering of those in our communities affected by life-limiting illnesses and end-of-life issues, maintaining the highest ethical standards, so all may live as fully and comfortably as possible.

The mission of the Teresian House Foundation is to provide fundraising and promotional support on behalf of Teresian House Nursing Home.

ALA’s mission is to enrich the Los Angeles community by providing seniors with affordable housing, services and linkages to supportive services. ALA was founded on the premise that all seniors, regardless of their race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, socio-economic background, or health status, deserve community support and real options to live an independent and productive life.

HAWAII MEALS ON WHEELS (HMOW) IS DEDICATED TO HELPING OAHU'S ELDERS AND INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES PRESERVE THEIR INDEPENDENCE AT HOME. WE DO THIS PRIMARILY BY PROVIDING NUTRITIOUS MEALS AND REGULAR PERSONAL INTERACTION WITH THOSE WE SERVE.

Hastings Family Service engages the local community to provide "help and hope" to neighbors in need by operating a food shelf (The Market), Meals on Wheels, transportation and other emergency and supportive services for people who are hungry, homeless, or facing basic-needs crises within the ISD 200 service area.
