Realizing that people can be impoverished physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, socially and financially, Covenant Soup Kitchen provides food and access to basic services in an environment of care, love, support and safety to those individuals and families from the greater Windham community who come through our doors. We rely on the generosity of the community and its faith to help us carry out this mission.

THE LITTLE SISTERS OF THE POOR OPERATES THE SACRED HEART HOME FOR THE AGED IN DENVER, COLORADO, WHICH PROVIDES NURSING AND RESIDENTIAL CARE FOR THE NEEDY ELDERLY. THE HONE IS PART OF THE INTERNATIONAL CONGREGATION OF THE LITTLE SISTERS OF THE POOR, WHICH WAS FOUNDED IN FRANCE IN 1839 AND SERVES THE ELDERLY IN 31 COUNTRIES.

Huntington Nursing Home (Huntington Living Center) is a skilled long‑term care and rehabilitation facility that provides medical, nursing, and therapeutic services for older adults, including a secure Special Needs Unit for residents with Alzheimer’s/dementia. As part of the UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health system, it aims to offer a continuum of care and community‑oriented resident services.
