The mission of Meals on Wheels of Boulder is to provide nutritious meals and a daily well-being check to Boulder residents, regardless of age or income.

The Frankie Mae Foundation exists to strengthen those carrying the invisible weight of caregiving. Through respite, wellness, education, critical resources, and supportive community, they tackle caregiver burnout, isolation, and exhaustion. Recognizing caregivers as vital contributors, the Foundation fosters holistic care so families and those who serve them can thrive during life’s most challenging moments.

The mission of Jewish Family Service is to restore well-being to the vulnerable throughout the greater Denver community by delivering services based on Jewish values.

Lost Sheep Ministries was founded in Louisville in 2006, first handing out sandwiches and Bibles on the streets. As we expanded, we started using the parking lot at Cable Baptist Church on E. Wenzel Street. We currently rent a building at Sts Simon & Jude Church on Hazelwood Avenue to store and cook food. Right now, Lost Sheep is serving food and fellowship along with Bible teaching at 6:00 PM on Thursday evenings at Jeff St Baptist Community.

THE KITCHEN FOUNDATION EXISTS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR SUPPORT OF THE MISSION AND PROGRAMS OF THE KITCHEN INC.

The Bridge's purpose is to reduce adult long-term homelessness in Dallas and the surrounding region by developing, coordinating, and/or delivering the following services: outreach/intake, jail diversion/reentry, emergency shelter/transitional shelter, primary health care/behavioral health care, recreational/educational activities, employment/supported employment/disability income and affordable housing/supportive housing. The Bridge benefits the broader community with increasing public safety and improving public health.

We are committed to reducing suffering and saving lives throughout Colorado by providing food and clothing to those in need.

Chiara Communities Foundation, Inc., a Wisconsin non-stock corporation (the Organization), is a newly-formed entity devoted exclusively to a program of support for charitable activities within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the Code). The Organization may also provide housing for the elderly and affordable housing for low-income individuals. The Organization is a Type II supporting organization of the Supported Organizations. The Organization will assist the Supported Organizations in meeting their charitable purposes. The Supported Organizations are nonprofit organizations that provide specially designed housing to elderly persons and low income elderly persons at the lowest feasible cost and maintains in residence those tenants who subsequently become unable to pay its monthly fees, as well as housing for low income individuals.
