Mercy Center's mission, rooted in the tradition of the Sisters of Mercy, is to empower women and their families in the South Bronx to liberate themselves from economic poverty. We promote their right to an improved quality of life by addressing the needs of the whole person, developing skills for healthy family living and economic advancement, and building a community of respect, hospitality, and non-violence.

A Private International Association of the Faithful of Pontifical Right, COUPLES FOR CHRIST (CFC) is a Catholic movement intended for the renewal and strengthening of Christian family life. CFC members are committed to the Lord and to one another so that they may grow in maturity as men and women of God and fulfill their primary vocation of raising families grounded in Christian values, in the service and love of God.

JFCU advocates for and supports the rights and needs of children affected by all forms of violence and/or whose right to education has been denied. Special attention is given to children heading households and those affected by child marriage and armed conflict.

Its mission is to create a more equitable and just society based on the guarantee of human rights for all people. We are a human group that promotes and facilitates community social transformation processes. To this end, we rely on the great potential of sports, especially soccer, to convene and attract diverse groups: children and youth, women, adults, neighborhood clubs and other community institutions (schools, community centers, health facilities and others). Together with them, we carry out projects that increase their human and social capital, that favor social, educational and labor inclusion, that improve the social fabric and the institutional framework where community life develops, and that promote access to rights.

To free the group of community from exploitation, raising their self respect and self confidence. To make the people aware about their personal problems and find out the ways of solving to ensure their participation in social development untidily. To encourage especially the women in participatory social development activities. Te encourage the people in various economic activities aiming at self reliance. To mobilize women to be conscious about various problems such as; health, nutrition, family planning, education and their human rights. To invest in income generating activities. To invest in human development resources. To co-operate with various government, non-government and national organizations involving in development activities.

To Build And Maintain A Hiking And Biking Trail On The Acquired Right-Of-Way Of The Abandoned Montour Railroad.

To transform and heal the lives of people through education, health, clean water, empowerment, religious, disability, refugee's relief, children and food security and disaster relief. Thereby continue having a healthier society free of illiteracy, Inhuman rights, drugs, poverty, hunger and HIV and AIDS by providing free, relevant, inclusive education and empowerment to a girl child, orphans, streetkids, women, disabled and other needful services to inopportune people.

Upholding the right to play by building creative playspaces for Palestinian children in Palestine and in countries with Palestinian refugees.

To contribute to peace-building and sustainable human development by facilitating the psychosocial recovery of conflict-affected, vulnerable and at-risk children and youth, and by developing the knowledge, skills and values of community leaders, young people and their care-givers in the areas of human rights, children's rights, child protection and non-violent conflict transformation.
