At SOS Outreach, our goal is to help kids gear up for life, ultimately changing their lives and the communities they touch.

YPPD's mission is to build capacities and empower young people together with their communities in overcoming exclusions and poverty for transformation and sustainable development. We will work with others as partners to ignite, inspire, influence and transform systems and structures which holds back development.

The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation by the provision of basketball and basketball related activities and the advancement of education for the public benefit in such ways as the trustees see fit.

Summer camp for people with disabilities

Our purpose is to ensure a vibrant and inclusive Washington State Parks system for generations to enjoy. We engage, expand, and sustain a broad base of supporters who give to, advocate for, and treasure our state parks.

THE ORGANIZATION TEACHES CHILDREN WITHIN THE COMMUNITY OF THE WOOD RIVER VALLEY THE GAME OF BASEBALL, THE IDEALS OF GOOD SPORTMANSHIP, HONESTY, LOYALTY, COURAGE, AND RESPECT FOR AUTHORITY. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO TEACHES THE PARTICIPANTS TO ACT AS AMBASSADORS TO THEIR SPORT AND CONTIUNE IMPROVING THEIR SKILLS TO ADVANCE TO THE NEXT LEVEL AND/OR BECOME LIFELONG PLAYERS. THESE ACTIVITES TAKE PLACE IN THE SPRING AND SUMMER AND ARE FUNDED THROUGH MEMBER FEES, CONCESSION SALES, HOSTING HOME TOURNAMENTS, FUNDRAISING AND DONATIONS.
