We, in partnership with our community, provide a comfortable and caring home-away-from-home that supports keeping families together and reduces stress during a child's serious illness. Since our founding in 1979, we have grown from a single location with room for eight families to four locations with 71 overnight rooms, a daily meal program that serves hundreds of day-use families and visitors, an on-site K-12 school, and age-appropriate programming to support all family members.

The mission of Uplift a Child Interntional (Former name -Vonumu International) is to identify the poor and needy children, place them in a school, and support them through 10 -12 years of schooling through the high school. This will keep the children off the streets, provide them with the basic skills to develop, and give them an opportunity to emerge as self-reliant and productive members of the society. By the time the children completes high school, they will have the necessary social skills and will be mature enough to plan and work towards a brighter future. Until then, we work with each child in helping the child grow in the right direction.

Our Mission is to provide a safe place to inspire and enable all young people on Cape Cod to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens. The Boys & Girls Club of Cape Cod provides: a safe place to learn and to grow through ongoing relationships with caring adult professionals and life-enhancing programs and character development experiences that foster hope and opportunity.

The mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts is to partner with under-resourced families to provide their children with transformational, one-to-one professionally-supported relationships with caring adult mentors, so that their children will thrive.

The mission of Tenacity is to improve the scholastic, character and physical development of urban youth through a combination of academic support, life skills development, family engagement, and fitness/tennis.

More than twenty years ago, four college students asked each other: What if we could offer children from under-resourced communities individualized attention before they enter kindergarten, giving them the critical academic and social skills—the ‘jumpstart’—they need to succeed? The idea took hold and today Jumpstart has trained more than 45,000 college students and community volunteers, preparing nearly 100,000 children for kindergarten success. Jumpstart’s program is replicated across the country in 14 states and the District of Columbia. We leverage partnerships with higher education institutions, community organizations, Head Start programs, community-based preschools, and school districts to create sustainable solutions in order to close the kindergarten readiness gap.

Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest provides social, educational, physical and cultural programming for boys and girls in the MetroWest area. The intent of these programs is to enhance the development of children and to prepare young adults to be responsible and productive members of the community.

Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place

Helping kids develop confidence, character, and community. Working to make youth programs affordable, sustainable, and successful. Promoting outdoor adventure and fun!

Reach Out and Read Colorado gives young children a foundation for success by incorporating books into pediatric care and encouraging families to read aloud together.

Gilda’s Club Chicago provides free emotional, social, and educational support programs for anyone affected by cancer — patients, caregivers, family and friends — with the aim of reducing isolation and strengthening community through groups, workshops, and wellness activities.
