To empower every Club member, through safe and impactful experiences, to graduate high school with a plan for college or career, contribute to their community and live a healthy life.

All of our members graduate from high school, are work and college ready with skills that enable them to be self-sufficient, have a clear plan for their future, live a healthy lifestyle, and are responsible, caring citizens. We serve youth age 5-18 in Corvallis and Benton County. Our Clubhouse has a youth dental clinic established in February 2008 and an integrated medical and mental health clinic for youth located on the 2nd floor of our Johnson high school teen center.

With a commitment to excellence, our professional staff and volunteer leadership provide and support premier youth development services using innovative, comprehensive programs and unique life experiences to maximize each individual's potential, resulting in productive future citizens.

LEAP's mission is to develop the strengths and talents of young leaders who create and implement year-round, community- and school-based programming designed to achieve positive academic and social outcomes for children living in high poverty urban neighborhoods. Our goal is to create and implement a multi-tier mentoring model where young people of all ages are welcomed, educated and provided opportunities to grow within LEAP.
