Our mission is to create opportunities for teens and adults with and without developmental disabilities to experience belonging, kinship and life-changing Reality of Christ's love. The Reality Center is a place where we strive to reflect God's heart for humanity, a place with no margins where everyone is accepted, valued and celebrated.

PeaceJam has impacted over 1.25 Million Youth in over 40 countries to change the world through 33 million acts of peace!

World Cares Center’s mission is to reduce the harm, suffering, and loss caused by disasters through the empowerment of underserved, at risk communities to prevent everyday accidents and react as educated and skilled ready responders when disasters occur. WCC believes that resiliency is best promoted when all facets of communities are prepared to respond to disasters together to mitigate their inherent risks, thereby reducing human and economic loss and suffering.

The mission of Communities In Schools Dallas Region is to help students at risk of failure stay in school, achieve academically and graduate, to become productive and contributing members of our communities. CISDR works right on the school campus every day, all day, one on one with struggling students to stay in school and succeed.  CISDR connects these students and families to community resources/services through its strong partnerships with school districts, educators, corporations, institutions of higher learning, government agencies, faith based and community organizations.

Suncoast Hospice is a major affiliate of Empath Health, an integrated network of care. Suncoast Hospice is strengthened by strong administrative and financial support from Empath Health receiving services such as human resources, purchasing, marketing, grants development, information services, fundraising and regulatory compliance/quality management.

The mission of the National Inclusion Project is to provide services and financial assistance to facilitate the full integration of children with disabilities into the life environment of those without. The Project will work to create awareness about the diversity of individuals with disabilities and the possibilities inclusion can bring by extending the boundaries of the human experience for all. Through collaborations with the disability community as well as education, entertainment, and media organizations, the Project will recognize individuals whose commitment for inclusion has broken barriers and made inclusion possible.

Jewish Family Service of San Diego (JFS) partners with people of all backgrounds to build stable and dignified lives. Together, we create a stronger and healthier community where everyone can thrive. Our broad network of staff, volunteers, supporters, and community partners are committed to the pursuit of helping individuals and families in San Diego move forward.

The High Atlas Foundation is a Moroccan association and a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2000 by former Peace Corps Volunteers committed to furthering sustainable development. HAF supports Moroccan communities to take action in implementing human development initiatives. It promotes sustainable organic agriculture, women’s empowerment, youth development, education, health, and capacity building. Since 2011, HAF has maintained Consultancy Status at the United Nations Economic and Social Council.

Our mission is to support public education in the Portland area by providing free school supplies to students in need. We do this because we believe that every child deserves school supplies and has the right to a quality education regardless of their family’s income or racial/ethnic identity. Our ultimate goal is to level the playing field so every child has access to the tools that allow them to achieve academic success and feel confident. The program delivery model achieves additional goals through community engagement and by keeping supplies out of the waste stream.

The Baldwin Center is a comprehensive human service agency located in Pontiac, Michigan. Its mission is to feed, clothe, educate and empower the men, women and children of the Pontiac community. Baldwin provides services to fulfill basic needs and provide tools for children and adults to gain economic self-sufficiency and personal wholeness. The center is a safe place where bellies are filled, where children can play and learn without fear of violence, and where people can recover their dignity and find respect.

The mission of Uplift a Child Interntional (Former name -Vonumu International) is to identify the poor and needy children, place them in a school, and support them through 10 -12 years of schooling through the high school. This will keep the children off the streets, provide them with the basic skills to develop, and give them an opportunity to emerge as self-reliant and productive members of the society. By the time the children completes high school, they will have the necessary social skills and will be mature enough to plan and work towards a brighter future. Until then, we work with each child in helping the child grow in the right direction.
