Founded in 2000, Glamourgals organizes and inspires teen volunteers to provide ongoing companionship and complimentary beauty makeovers to women in senior homes. Through this experience: Elderly residents in care feel a renewed sense of community and self-worth. Teen volunteers gain essential leadership skills demonstrating empathy and compassion through our intergenerational programming.

Homeboy Industries provides hope, training, and support to formerly gang-involved and previously incarcerated men and women, allowing them to redirect their lives and become contributing members of our community. Homeboy Industries is a beacon of hope and opportunity for those seeking to leave gang life, for whom the barriers and challenges are great, and for whom there is virtually no other avenue to enter mainstream society.

The mission of Black Girls Code is to provide Black girls access to engaging computer programming education that sparks their interest in technology, unlocks their potential, and leads to more equitable communities. We primarily work with girls ages 7-17, and young women up to age 25 as part of our alumnae program. Through our virtual programs and school and community based programs, we serve approximately 5,000 girls annually. We serve additional young people through our Code Along series via Youtube. Right To Be (formerly Hollaback) is a movement focused on turning the care we have for each other into simple, creative, effective action. We want to build a world that’s free of harassment and filled with humanity.

Right Moves for Youth’s mission is to provide resources and guidance to help students graduate high school with a plan for their future success.Research shows that when youth are supported, they thrive and become healthy adults who contribute to society. With that said, RMFY is a school-based, youth development and student support program focused on helping teens develop the skills to succeed in school and life. Using a group counseling model, RMFY helps students come to school, do the right things, strengthen social skills, and get ready for college and the workforce. In our program, students grow together and build positive relationships to excel academically, socially and emotionally!

Right To Play is a global organization that protects, educates and empowers 1.52 million children to rise above adversity using the power of play in 15 countries and 92 refugee camps. Our unique play-based approach to learning harnesses play, one of the most fundamental forces in a child’s life, to help children dismantle barriers and embrace opportunities.

The mission of the Asian Women’s Shelter (AWS) is to eliminate domestic violence by promoting the social, economic and political self-determination of women and all survivors of violence and oppression. AWS is committed to every person’s right to live in a violence-free home. AWS works with all survivors and has specific expertise to address the cultural and language needs of Asian and other immigrant and refugee survivors, as well as others who face barriers to accessing existing sources of safety and support. In order to address how domestic violence is compounded for survivors and communities as it combines with sexism, classism, racism, homo/bi/transphobia, xenophobia, ableism and ageism, AWS operates through a margin-to-center anti-oppression framework that can create holistic and lasting change toward peace. This perspective is reflected in our broad strategy that integrates culturally relevant and language-accessible shelter and transitional services, training and capacity-building programs, systems and public policy work, and community mobilization initiatives and advocacy.

ERC is an international, established 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, founded in 1997 to facilitate research, provide education and support, implement societal disease awareness, and elevate the profile of endometriosis. ERC is unique in that unlike similar women's health organizations, we do not have a membership fee and there is never a cost to participate in or benefit from our education and support programs.
