Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and release Australian native animals, and to educate the community, at all levels, about the need to protect our native animals and to preserve their habitats.

The Good Friday Appeal is a charity that raises money to enable The Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne to provide world class care for our children. The Appeal brings all sectors of the community together to raise funds every year culminating in a telethon on Good Friday.

At Starlight we know that happiness matters to sick kids facing the pain, fear and stress of serious illness. That's why for over 35 years we've worked in partnership with health professionals to bring the fun, joy and laughter that helps sick kids be kids. We help kids of all ages regardless of disability, injury or illness because what happens in childhood lasts a lifetime. We believe in happiness because it matters to sick kids’ health.

We are a South African registered charity dedicated to encouraging disadvantaged individuals and communities to develop to their full potential in sport, education and health. We are committed to using sport as a tool to develop the disadvantaged and vulnerable youth. We do this by; 1. Using direct sports coaching - for its health benefits, improved emotional well being and increased life skills (teamwork, leadership, decision making, communication). 2. Using sport to discuss critical issues - by delivering curriculums on topics such as HIV / AIDS awareness in a fun and interactive manner on the sports field. 3. Using sport for improved education - by providing pathways to success for talented and dedicated individuals through scholarships to top local schools and tertiary education.

Our mission is to end hunger in our lifetime by providing food and life-changing aid to the world's most vulnerable and creating a global commitment to mobilize the necessary resources.

Rainforest Rescue is a not-for-profit organisation that has been protecting and restoring rainforests in Australia and internationally since 1998 by providing opportunities for individuals and businesses to Protect Rainforests Forever. Our mission is to inspire, engage and build community for the protection, preservation and restoration of rainforests through fundraising and education. Our objectives are: 1. The protection and enhancement of the natural environment. 2. The conservation of rainforests and the preservation of the biodiversity of rainforest ecosystems. 3. The restoration, rehabilitation, enhancement and management of remnant and regrowth rainforest. 4. The revegetation of ex-rainforest lands, including without limitation the establishment and ongoing management of rainforests plantings or signficant ecological value. The strategies that we employ to achieve these objectives is to: 1. Seek funding in the form of donation and sponsorships from individuals, businesses and philanthropic trusts and foundations. 2. Purchase and protect high conservation value rainforest and preserve its biodiveristy; and 3. Finance projects that re-establish rainforests through planting, maintenance and restoration programs. Rainforest Rescue meaures its performance of these objectives and strategies through ongoing governance, financial management and corporate compliance, therefore achieving the environmental objectives of the organisation's constitution being the protection and preservation of rainforests. Rainforest Rescue is an Austtralian registered company limited by guarantee and a registered charity with deductible gift recipient status. We are also on the Australian Register of Environmental Organisations.

We work together with our community and partners to provide essential aid to vulnerable children, young people and their families. The main reason families seek our support is due to fleeing family violence, seeking safety or protection, or struggling to make ends meet due to multiple complex factors. We're committed to supporting every young family who asks for help while ensuring that the child remains the focus of everything we do. Early childhood is a critical time for a child's emotional, mental, and physical development. It can have a significant outcome on their development and future health, well-being, and employment outcomes. In fact, children raised in poverty are two to three years behind in literacy and numeracy by age 15. Through the provision of age appropriate toys, formula, and safety equipment for babies and toddlers, we aid in the positive development of the children we support, so they can thrive.

Collingwood Children’s Farm respectfully acknowledges the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung people as the Traditional Owners of the Abbotsford Precinct Heritage Farmlands; the lands we respect, care for and farm on behalf of all Victorians. The Farm thanks all Wurundjeri Elders past and present for their guardianship of these lands. Nestled on the banks of Birrarung and only four kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD, Collingwood Children’s Farm was founded in 1979 to support and engage local children experiencing adversity. As a much loved not-for-profit organisation, the Farm’s reason for being remains true to its roots: community engagement, education and connection with nature, green space and animals.
