AIPC Pandora is a non-profit organization that works to generate the knowledge and the capacity of action needed at the international level for the construction of a more just and peaceful world. For this, we develop Global Learning Experiences for educational, intercultural, solidarity or professional insertion in one of the 57 countries in which we are present. We work both in Outbound / Outbound and Inbound / Host projects in Spain, offering transformative experiences based on the "Learning-Service" methodology that form global citizens in how to intervene in the great challenges of the world today.

Bioteka' s mission is to effectively connect science and society. As of 2010, when our civil society organization has been formed, we are dedicated to educating and raising public awareness on the importance of scientific discoveries and results, STEM, nature/environmental protection, sustainable development, public health, and related areas. We specialize in bringing scientific language, methods, and facts to the wider public. Our work includes educational (workshops, educational camps etc.), popular science (content creation, article writing, public outreach), volunteering and research activities, as well as initiatives for raising the public's awareness of topics in the field of natural sciences, nature and environmental protection, climate change and sustainable development. Bioteka continually promotes critical thought, science, modern teaching methods, active citizenship, sustainable development, and implementation of nature-based solutions. We cooperate with scientists, educational institutions, the private sector, and the public and have so far successfully carried out more than 75 projects of local, national, and international character and importance.

IGLYO - The International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and Intersex (LGBTQI) Youth & Student Organisation is the world's largest LGBTQI youth and student network, counting more than 100 Member Organisations in over 40 countries across the Council of Europe Region. IGLYO's mission is to strengthen the rights of LGBTQI youth, fight for equality and inclusion, and empower LGBTQI youth voices. IGLYO represents the diverse rights and intersectional needs of LGBTQI young people and works hard to ensure that their futures are bright. We achieve our objectives through international training and events, targeted capacity building programmes, intercultural exchanges and peer learning, thematic research and advocacy actions, online tools and resources, digital story-telling and campaigning, networking activities, and more. Since our establishment in 1984, IGLYO has been growing steadily with new Members joining every year. Our Members are organisations who represent and/or support LGBTQI youth and/or students, work with LGBTQI youth or issues, comprise mainly of LGBTQI youth, or have a specific department working for/with youth.

SO1126; equivalent 501(c)(3) US organization) under the mission of the Austrian Catholic church and pursues solely and directly charitable and benevolent objectives. CARITAS AUSTRIA relief work addresses the needy in their entirety, taking also into consideration their physical, psychological and spiritual-religious backgrounds. CARITAS AUSTRIA commits itself to providing assistance to people in need which is done without regard to creed, ethnicity or ideology of those seeking help. In its operations CARITAS AUSTRIA is guided by respect for the dignity and self-determination of the people it serves. There are more than 1,000 places throughout Austria where CARITAS AUSTRIA helps people in need. In the areas of caregiving, supporting people with disabilities, hospices, in the social counseling centers, on assignment for families in need or for older people who cannot afford heating. CARITAS AUSTRIA - this comprises its fulltime staff, but above all, also the roughly 50.000 volunteers and each and every one of you who supports our work. CARITAS AUSTRIA's main activities are aiming at social support and advocacy for those in need. These activities are taking place in Austria and abroad, whereas the main focus is lying on national work in Austria. he World Federation of the Deaf (WFD) is an international non-governmental organisation representing and promoting approximately 70 million deaf people's human rights worldwide. The WFD is a federation of deaf organisations from 134 nations; its mission is to promote the human rights of deaf people and full, quality and equal access to all spheres of life, including self-determination, sign language, education, employment and community life. WFD has a consultative status in the United Nations and is a founding member of International Disability Alliance (IDA). At its recent World Congress in Jeju, South Korea, WFD members (136) approved the WFD strategic direction 2023-2030 and Action Plan 2023-2027. Important themes are covered in these 2 documents which strive to ensure that we create access for all deaf people to all ways of life in "a world where deaf people everywhere can sign anywhere" (vision). Furthermore, our mission is to work towards the full realisation of linguistic rights and human rights in all areas of life, with full recognition and implementation of these rights across local, national and international levels. To realise our mission and vision, the following are part of our Action Plan 2023-2027: Building Capacity across the Globe: ensuring increased participation of women, youth and underrepresented communities; provide effective capacity building projects to countries who are not yet members to assist them with creating their own national deaf associations so that they can represent themselves in their countries; Putting Deaf people on the Agenda: the WFD will continue to strive to put deaf human rights at the forefront of all representation internationally, including at the UN; we will effectively promote International Week of Deaf people and be ready to response to deaf people's needs in times of crises, disasters and war. Realising nothing about us without us: the WFD continues to be the leading authority for deaf people and sign languages and has committed to developing resources to assist deaf people raise awareness in their countries. Achieving Sign Language Rights for all: National sign languages are fundamental to achieving deaf people's human rights. We will aim to assist our member states in promoting the legal recognition of signed language in the country and advocate for early childhood language acquisition and inclusive multilingual education policies. Investing in a strong and sustainable organisation: to carry out our mission and vision we need greater investment in our secretariat and regional secretariat, expand our donor base, increase visibility and fundraising activities so that our organisation can carry on its important global work.

The Slovenian Society for Dog Assisted Therapy Tacke pomagacke links together members who visit different institutions together with their dogs. The Society, which was founded in 2007, is a humanitarian, non-profit association of physical persons and works in the public interest. The financial means for its activities derive from membership fees and donations from firms and individuals. The members of the Society are volunteers, and also members of the Slovenian Network of Voluntary Organizations. We are proud of carrying out useful and worthwhile work. In 2008 the Slovenian Society for Dog Assisted Therapy Tacke pomagacke was chosen as Benefactor of the Year. Dogs are faithful, irreplaceable companions. They can have an encouraging influence on complete strangers, as is amply confirmed by scientific research. Increasingly, professional staff in hospitals, institutions, old people's homes, schools and nursery schools acknowledge that dogs can make a decisive contribution to the progress of individuals. As skilful motivators, dogs are welcome in work with children having special needs, with individuals who have suffered injuries, with the debilitated, with cancer patients, and with patients suffering from neurological and degenerative illnesses. Dogs bring happiness and courage, successfully overcome the difficulties due to human reserve and contribute positively to creating a relaxed working atmosphere. They stimulate individuals or a group to cooperate actively, and so are excellent companions for young people and children in nursery schools and schools with a normal programme. In Slovenia there is an increasing demand for visits from therapy dogs of the Tacke pomagacke Society. We visit widely differing institutions, including the Soca University Rehabilitation Institute, the Rakitna Youth Climatic Health Centre, many old people's homes, institutions (for those with psycho-physical difficulties), libraries, nursery schools, primary and secondary schools, etc. The work in these institutions takes place in cooperation with a wide range of professional personnel: occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, special needs teachers, speech therapists, schoolteachers, nursery staff, etc. All our dogs have a suitable character, regular veterinary check-ups, are obedience trained, and have also received specific training for their work. The Society has 71 active therapy pairs (the dog and the handler form a pair; both have participated in the Society's internal training), of these 39 have the R.E.A.D. licence. Members of the Tacke pomagacke Society (this is the short form of the official name) carry out the following programmes: Animal Assisted Therapy - AAT, Animal Assisted Activity - AAA, Animal Assisted Education - AAE, R.E.A.D. programme (Reading Education Assistance Dogs), social activities, presentations for children and young people in nursery schools, schools and at various public events.

Solidarna maps needs and creates new opportunities for all citizens to act in solidarity, in our joint effort to protect human rights and meet basic human needs, reduce inequalities and expand freedoms in all social spheres. SOLIDARNA acts as a reliable partner to civil society actors, the socially responsible business community and donors for social development, serving as a catalyst for the mobilization of resources, a promoter of solidarity and social support for autonomous initiatives for the protection of human rights in Croatia, the region and throughout Europe. SOLIDARNA Foundation's support program provides prompt and targeted support to human rights defenders, civic initiatives, and victims of human rights violations such as survivors of sexual and domestic violence. Our objectives are empowering civil society, mobilisation and support for human rights defenders and gender equality. Solidarna works on strengthening philanthropy and the culture of solidarity through raising philanthropy and human rights in the media, developing individual and coorporate philatrophy. In addition, we continuously work on systemic changes through our advocacy focus. SOLIDARNA's mission statement SOLIDARNA - Foundation for Human Rights and Solidarity is the first community-based, private human rights foundation from Croatia of its kind, set up in December 2015 by 55 founders - 49 human individuals and six human rights organizations, as a strategic innovative philanthropic endeavour of the Croatian human rights community of practice to enhance autonomy of progressive civic activism in defence of human rights in their full spectrum. It was set up in light of chronic deterioration of human security purported by socially insensitive, neoliberal public policies and the current global offensive of the radical and clerical right against human rights and gender equality which has intentionally targeted Croatians society and politics since its accession to the EU in 2013. SOLIDARNA's founders were especially concerned about rising anti-liberalism, nationalism, misogyny, xenophobia and authoritarianism in Croatia and its two neighbouring regions of Central Europe and the Balkans, but also across the EU and globally. The assumption of gradual implosion of public funding for human rights advocacy proved correct, as did the expectation of rising needs for ad hoc citizen actions and independent media production to protect the society against illiberal trends, which are not eligible for project and program funding from the EU and government donors. In such complex and increasingly hostile environment, SOLIDARNA believes that resilience primarily stems from reinvigorated solidarity actions around issues that re-connect the concept of human rights with deprivation of peoples' basic needs, such as access to health, education, ineffective state protection against violence, discrimination and marginalization. In SOLIDARNA we know that one of the key problems in our society is that human rights protection ghettoized in the minds of most people to few independent institutions and specialized NGOs, which are at the same time exposed to malicious media bashing on part of ultraconservatives as well as libertarians. SOLIDARNA wants to change but this social dynamic and public perception of human rights, by reconnecting human rights with the basic human needs and the core practices of solidarity from bottom up, in line with the famous quote by Eleanor Roosevelt, which has served as key source of inspiration for SOLIDARNA's purpose to contribute to autonomy and sustainability of human rights protection, by enhancing a culture of solidarity and by building local philanthropy for human rights. In short, SOLIDARNA wants to bring human rights back home - to hearts, minds and lives of ordinary people. SOLIDARNA's founders believe that promoting and protecting all generations of human rights - from fundamental freedoms of expression, assembly and association, to right to work, home, healthy environment and basic public goods - requires lasting societal effort, creativity and strong resilience to all kinds of pressures. Hence, SOLIDARNA strives to earn trust and become a reliable partner to private and public donors, local communities and civil society initiatives, acting as mediator and catalyst of more effective human rights awareness raising, advocacy and resource mobilization for autonomous human rights initiatives in Croatia and its broader region. SOLIDARNA envisions citizens both in Croatia and across Europe - especially those with lasting ties with Croatia - as its principal donor base, enabling maximum autonomy and flexibility of funding programs. In parallel, SOLIDARNA strives to develop partnerships with socially responsible businesses, social economy actors and like-minded domestic and international foundations and international development programs. SOLIDARNA, as a reliable, responsive and resourceful re-granting channel and programming associate can add value in mapping and shaping grant-making opportunities to ensure substantial and sustainable community impact on human rights protection in Croatia and regionally, in line with well detected needs of local human rights defenders and the communities they serve. International and public funding is instrumental for balancing out the fragility of the private donor environment for human rights in Croatia which SOLIDARNA strives to reshape. For SOLIDARNA as a new community-focused human rights foundation with no initial operational funds, the key challenge was building its core organizational capacities necessary for the foundation to raise necessary funds to roll out its prospective grant giving programs.
