Our mission is to reduce poverty by providing financial assistance directly to those in need. We aim to do so efficiently, making the most of every dollar; transparently, with a clear commitment to how each dollar is used; and respectfully, letting people choose how to help themselves.

The NYC LGBT Community Center (The Center) was established in 1983 at the height of the AIDS crisis to provide a safe and affirming place for LGBTQ+ New Yorkers to respond to the urgent threats facing the community. We are today—as we were then—a place of safety, connection, activism, and joy. Today, we have over 300,000 annual visitors; 400 community groups call our space home; and we offer a host of direct services to those seeking accessible, affordable and affirming support. For over 40 years, The Center has grown to meet the changing needs of New York’s LGBTQ+ community, delivering services that empower people to lead healthy, successful lives. Operating in-person and virtually, we provide recovery and wellness programs, economic advancement initiatives, family and youth support, advocacy, arts and cultural programming, and space for community organizing, connection, and celebration.

A college preparatory middle and high school, (grades 6-12), challenging students to imagine, investigate, and invent through a demanding S.T.E.M. education.

Earthjustice is a nonprofit public interest law organization dedicated to protecting the magnificent places, natural resources, and wildlife of this earth and to defending the right of all people to a healthy environment. We bring about far-reaching change by enforcing and strengthening environmental laws on behalf of hundreds of organizations and communities.

The Austin Humane Society's mission is to provide comprehensive, humane, life-saving animal services, transforming the lives of animals and those who love them. The Austin Humane Society (AHS) is an independent nonprofit shelter that offers comprehensive, humane, life-saving animal services. AHS offers innovative, nationally recognized programs that save the lives of thousands of dogs and cats each year. AHS' approach to addressing the critical needs of animals encompasses finding animals homes through adoption, serving animals and people in times of crisis, preventing future homelessness though spay and neuter programs, and engaging the community to be a part of the solution.

Operation Finally Home provides homes and home modifications to America's military heroes, first responders and their families who have sacrificed so much in their service to country and community. We bring together corporate sponsors, builder associations, builders, remodelers, developers, individual contributors, and volunteers to help these Heroes and their families by addressing one of their most pressing needs – a home to call their own.

The mission of The Tyler Robinson Foundation is to strengthen families financially and emotionally as they cope with the tragedy of a pediatric cancer diagnosis by providing grants specifically to offset out-of-pocket life expenses.

Save the Redwoods League protects and restores redwood forests and connects people with their peace and beauty so these wonders of the natural world flourish.

Girls Who Code programs work to inspire, educate, and equip girls with the computing skills to pursue 21st century opportunities. Our organization values bravery, sisterhood, and activism as we work to fulfill our mission to close the gender gap in tech.

The mission of Project Angel Food is to nourish the body and spirit of men, women, and children affected by HIV/AIDS, cancer, and other life-threatening illnesses. Our goal is to make sure no one in our community suffers the ravages of hunger and malnutrition while struggling with serious illnesses. Without our daily meal deliveries, clients risk malnutrition and deteriorating health since they are unable to provide their own meals. Project Angel Food acts with urgency as hunger and illness do not wait.

In our ongoing commitment to sustainability, our organization develops the needed technology for cleaner water focusing on anti-plastic pollution. Tackling the current water crisis through our research and development, allows greater access to clean and safe water globally. It is through this innovation that the Green Journey Coalition is transforming the current environmental research field to provide a safe and healthier tomorrow.
