MusiCares helps the humans behind music because music gives so much to the world. Offering preventive, emergency, and recovery programs, MusiCares is a safety net supporting the health and welfare of the music community. Founded by the Recording Academy in 1989 as a U.S. based 501(c)(3) charity, MusiCares safeguards the well-being of all music people through direct financial grant programs, networks of support resources, and tailored crisis relief efforts. From the website: "Miriam's House is a sober living transitional home for women and their children. Miriam's House opened its doors in 2007 to better serve mothers in recovery. Our unique program allows for mothers to get the help they need while maintaining or recovering custody of their children. Our mission is to empower these families with the critical life skills needed for a substance-abuse free future. We fulfill our mission by providing the mothers and children with a safe and nurturing environment and comprehensive social services." Miriam's House was formerly known as Promises Foundation.

Right now, there are hundreds of bills pending in state legislatures across the United States that target trans youth and aim to curb their rights. The impact of fighting these anti-trans bills and policies is felt all year by trans people, their families and loved ones. The organizations benefitting from this fund are 1) providing direct services to trans youth and 2) advocating for the rights of trans youth in the states that need it most. The mission of Zebra Coalition is to empower LGBTQ+ youth to thrive.

TAKE Resource Center is the only center that is Trans focused, Trans lead, and all of the staff members are Trans women of color here in Birmingham, Alabama.

House of Tulip provides Trans and Gender Nonconforming communities in New Orleans, Louisiana with economic stability and safety through zero barrier, permanent housing, and pathways to education, healthcare, employment, and homeownership.

The TEP Foundation provides a variety of educational and organizing programming.

Equality Florida is the largest civil rights organization dedicated to securing full equality for Florida's lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) community.

Lucie’s Place provides LGBTQ young adults experiencing homelessness in Central Arkansas with safe living environments, job training and counseling services in order to ensure lifelong stability and success, and works to promote equality and acceptance for LGBTQ young adults.

JASMYN supports the empowerment of LGBTQIA+ teens and young adults through leadership, advocacy, resources, and a safe and affirming community.
