Life with Cancer’s purpose is to enhance the quality of life of those affected by cancer by providing evidence-based education, support, wellness programs and integrative therapies.

It was 2005. Founder (and Chairman of the Board) Nancy Roach had already made immense progress in the colon and rectal cancer climate. A group of survivors, caregivers and friends and family members touched by colorectal cancer bonded together to form the first colorectal cancer non-profit — Colon Cancer Alliance. But Nancy still felt a great need. After spending time with scientists and researchers in Washington, D.C. she knew that to change colorectal cancer – she needed to change policy. And that required a group solely focused on research advocacy. She set out to form another nonprofit dedicated to getting patients’ voices to the tables where decisions are made. After making a few phone calls, she secured sponsorships and proceeded to form C3 – Colorectal Cancer Coalition (renamed to Fight Colorectal Cancer in 2011.) The group focused efforts on having patient and caregiver voices in research and policy meetings so that decision makers could hear and see those impacted by their vote. Today, Fight Colorectal Cancer is the leading patient advocacy group in colorectal cancer and an active participant in cancer research and advocacy on the Hill. We’ve grown to become an organization known for our colorectal cancer awareness, advocacy, patient education and research programs.

After decades of investigation, scientists have unlocked the power of our body's own immune system to fight cancer. This class of treatments—called cancer immunotherapy—enhances a patient's immune system to identify and eliminate cancer cells, anywhere in the body. Established in 1953, the Cancer Research Institute (CRI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is dedicated to saving more lives by fueling the discovery and development of powerful immunotherapies for all types of cancer. We fund the most innovative clinical and laboratory research around the world, support the next generation of the field's leaders, and serve as the trusted source of information on immunotherapy for cancer patients and their caregivers. CRI's programs provide strategic support along the entire pathway of discovery, drug development, and patient support.

At the Fanconi Cancer Foundation (FCF), we are committed to the advancement of FA research in an unwavering pursuit for better treatments, and ultimately a cure, for FA and FA-associated cancers. We offer support, education, and resources to families facing FA to help foster hope across the globe.

The mission of Breast Cancer Alliance is to improve survival rates and quality of life for those impacted by breast cancer through better prevention, early detection, treatment and cure. To promote these goals, we invest in innovative research, breast surgery fellowships, regional education, dignified support and screening for the underserved.

MISSION The Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network’s (BCAN) mission is to increase public awareness about bladder cancer, advance bladder cancer research and, provide educational and support services for the bladder cancer community.

Our mission is to secure the cure or control of cancer by raising funds to support innovative cancer research and cancer-related services in the state of Colorado.

The Colon Cancer Challenge Foundation was founded in 2008 with a mission to reduce colorectal cancer (CRC) incidence and death.

Stand Up To Cancer’s (SU2C) mission is to raise funds to accelerate the pace of groundbreaking translational research that can get new therapies to patients quickly and save lives now. SU2C brings together the best and the brightest researchers and mandates collaboration among the cancer community. By galvanizing the entertainment industry, SU2C has set out to generate awareness, educate the public on cancer prevention and help more people diagnosed with cancer become long-term survivors.
