Railway Children has a vision of a world in which no child is lost to the streets.Across the UK, India and Tanzania, our networks provide an opportunity for us to reach children who are alone and vulnerable before they come to serious harm. Together, we’re determined we’ll leave no child behind.

We are a children’s charity that aims to address child poverty by providing Family Hubs, Nurseries, Food Banks, Pantry’s and FareShare Kent. Our work broadly focuses on ensuring that children can be healthy, stay safe, enjoy & achieve, make a positive contribution and achieve economic wellbeing.

Tuesday’s Children provides healing and resilience for military families of the fallen and families affected by 9/11, turning pain into purpose while honoring their legacies.

Invisible Children exists to end violence and exploitation in our world's most isolated and vulnerable communities. We work alongside Central African leaders to create innovative programs that connect isolated communities and equip them to prevent and recover from violent conflict.

To provide under-served students with supplemental educational instruction in science, technology, engineering, math, reading and critical thinking that will allow them to excel academically.

Today, she is a beautiful, bright and healthy little girl from Ethiopia. Not long ago I was able to visit Mestewet while stationed with the Canadian Forces in Addis Ababa. As the CCFC worker and I arrived at Mestewet’s mud-walled, thatch-roofed home, a smiling girl waved and excitedly announced our arrival to her mother. We sat in the darkness of their windowless home. They had nothing except one table and a few mattresses. Yet in Ethiopian tradition, Mestewet’s family welcomed us and gave us everything they had – including freshly roasted coffee! I was touched to see my family’s photo in amongst their few belongings. THE CENTER FOR GRIEVING CHILDREN PROVIDES A SAFE SPACE, LOVING PEER SUPPORT, OUTREACH, AND EDUCATION TO GRIEVING CHILDREN, TEENS, FAMILIES, AND THE COMMUNITY. OFFERING OUR SERVICES AT NO CHARGE, FOR AS LONG AS PEOPLE NEED THEM, OUR SERVICES ENCOURAGE THE SAFE EXPRESSION OF GRIEF AND LOSS AND FOSTER EACH INDIVIDUAL'S RESILIENCE AND EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING. WE NOW OPERATE TWO LOCATIONS IN PORTLAND AND SANFORD.
