The mission of Golfers Against Cancer (GAC) is to raise money to fund cancer research.

Set up by a group of keen sailors who have all been affected by cancer, Sail 4 Cancer provides respite breaks for families living with cancer. We also make grants to cancer care centres and fund research into the positive effects of exercise and how it can help with cancer prevention and recovery.

Animal Cancer Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to finding a cure for cancer by funding research in and increasing public awareness of comparative oncology, the study of naturally occurring cancers in pets and people. Currently, the organization is funding The Canine Cancer Genome Project sponsored by Blue Buffalo Foundation to map the genomes of the seven most common canine cancers and to place the datasets in the public domain for use by all cancer researchers.
