Our mission is to help alleviate the pressures put upon area shelters and their euthanasia rates by pulling dogs at risk into our program, placing them in foster homes, and preparing them both physically and emotionally for their forever homes. We are an all breed rescue and do not discriminate against size, breed, age, or physical condition. Though we bring in a vast variety of dogs in need, our passion is taking in seniors, special needs, medical needs, and hospice.

Northern Colorado friends of Ferals is dedicated to humanely reducing the community cat population and bettering the lives of feral and stray cats and those who care for them. We are focused on reducing cat intake numbers in our local shelters.

Demi’s Animal Rescue is a no kill animal rescue that focuses on solving pet homelessness through adoption, spay/neuter and pet retention. We do not discriminate against any animal that is in need and open our door to all regardless of their breed, age or special care required. We seek to rescue, rehabilitate, and find appropriate homes for herding type dogs such as border collies, Australian cattle dogs, Australian shepherds, corgies, and others, that have been given up by owners who were unprepared for the challenge of managing these highly intelligent and task-oriented dogs.

Pit Bull Happenings Rescue mission is to bring communities together by leadership, education, rescue of the American Pit Bull Terrier and other dogs, community involvement, and awareness.

OUR MISSIONTo Rescue, rehabilitate abused and neglected equine and place them into safe, permanent homes.Provide permanent sanctuary for equine that due to age or health cannot be adopted.Give those equine placed in sanctuary a purpose in life by joining them with children of special needs, physical or emotional disabilities, or who are a victim of abuse/violence, at risk youth.To assist each child with special needs or trauma in reaching their full potential through interaction with horses, to include self-esteem, confidence, social skills, small and gross motor skills, balance, core strength, visual planning skills, attention span, cooridination, flexibility and concentration.
