The Boyce L. Ansley School is a tuition-free, private school for children who have or are currently experiencing homelessness. Our mission is to help break the cycle of generational poverty by providing collaborative family support and a complete academic program that empowers children and families to thrive beyond circumstance.

The Luminos Fund runs catch-up education programs for some of the most vulnerable and hardest-to-reach children in parts of sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East.  In just one school year, children learn how to read, write, and do math through a joyful, activity-based curriculum that helps them thrive in school. To date, they have helped hundreds of thousands of children secure a second chance to learn.

The Pollinator Partnership is the largest organization in the world dedicated exclusively to the protection and promotion of pollinators and their ecosystems. Birds, bats, bees, butterflies, beetles, and other small mammals that pollinate plants are responsible for bringing us one out of every three bites of food. They also sustain our ecosystems and produce our natural resources by helping plants reproduce. Without the actions of pollinators agricultural economies, our food supply, and surrounding landscapes would collapse. Pollinator Partnership's mission is North American in scope, conducting programs and projects in the US, Canada, and Mexico.

The Association for Teaching Bible in Kannapolis Public Schools exists to provide monetary support for teaching of the Bible in Kannapolis City public schools.

For this rural community to thrive, our children must thrive. Rural Education Partners builds relationships throughout our community. We help our partners bring their resources together in creative ways so our children can thrive in the place we call home. In a rural place time extends across generations. The next generation is the future of rural America.

THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO PROMOTE, ADVANCE, AND EXPAND AN APPROACH TO LEARNING CALLED "ARTFUL LEARNING," WHICH WAS ORIGINALLY CONCEIVED BY LEONARD BERNSTEIN, THE RENOWNED CONDUCTOR, COMPOSER, AND EDUCATOR. THE ORGANIZATION PURSUES ITS MISSION THROUGH ITS OPERATION OF THE LEONARD BERNSTEIN CENTER AS WELL AS THROUGH THE CREATION OF NEW COLLABORATIVE OPPORTUNITIES WITH OTHER CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS. ARTFUL LEARNING IS BASED ON THE PREMISE THAT THE ARTS CAN BE PLACED AT THE CENTER OF ALL LEARNING TO INSPIRE STUDENTS TO THINK CREATIVELY AND TO DEVELOP CRITICAL PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITIES. THROUGH EXTENSIVE RESEARCH, THE ARTFUL LEARNING MODEL WAS DEVELOPED: USING POWERFUL, ART-INFUSED CURRICULUM TO ENGAGE AND INSPIRE STUDENTS.
