Recognizing that Latinas are a rapidly growing group that lives disproportionately in poverty, the Eva Longoria Foundation's mission is to help Latinas build better futures for themselves and their families through education and entrepreneurship. By providing Latinas with the resources to succeed in school and business, they can help empower the Latino community. Since 2012, the Eva Longoria Foundation has used a data-driven approach to identify and support high-potential interventions. They work to narrow the opportunity gap between Latinas and other demographic groups by funding culturally-relevant programs that enhance Latinas' productivity and earning power. Their areas of focus currently include parent engagement, mentorship, STEM education, microloans and business training.

The program is designed to teach youth the importance of goal setting, mentoring, character building. personal branding, leadership, resume building and finacial literacy in order to shift bullying mentality and deminish the negative mindset that the youth may have towards themselves, their peers and authority figures. This will utlimately lead to their own success and happiness in life. the organizations, especially schools, that have utilized our program have seen improvement as the students are more prone to work together in a team atmosphere and be peer mentors to one another.

The mission of 3D Girls, Inc. is to educate and empower young women to be advocates for themselves and their families. Our vision is to create a platform for young women to become role models for their families while empowering them to develop their own potential as capable, self-sufficient citizens of our society. Because there are more than 40% of U.S. women, heading households living in poverty, the work of 3D Girls, Inc. is grounded in supporting women and girls in low-income communities. Ninety percent of our clients are people of color identifying as African-American or Hispanics living in low-income communities here in Atlanta. Sixty percent of our clients have expressed that they are not working, 80% are receiving government assistance.

Their mission is to help create prosperity in the predominantly Latinx (a gender-neutral alternative to Latino or Latina), historically working class and immigrant communities in rural California that have typically been left out - or locked out - of the 21st-century digital economy. They help create prosperity through three synergizing strategies: 1) Helping Latinx youth ages 14-24 become “career-ready” and “career-competitive” for tech-involved jobs, 2) Paying youth to provide web development and video production services to help local businesses grow, and 3) Connecting their career-competitive youth with local and regional employers to fill those employers’ critical workforce needs.
