The association's non-profit goal of international benefit is to create a platform for young people in order to advocate for a just and green transition in Europe. More specifically, the association aims to: 1. Facilitate internal coordination and collaboration between its member organizations; 2. Empower young people to engage meaningfully in the processes EU decision-making regarding climate, the environment and sustainable development; 3. Advocate for strengthened environmental and climate action by and within the European Union which proactively and regularly integrates the voice of young people.

We aim to bring about positive changes in the lives of children, in particular those affected by poverty and disadvantage. We reach our goal by influencing policies, building civil society capacity, facilitating mutual learning and exchanging practice and research. the NEED for ACTION The fashion industry is one of the largest, most resource intensive industries. Though it is a powerful engine for global growth and development, the industry's current business model is pushing our planet to its limits. The industry must transform to one that is sustainable, equitable and transparent. OUR vision We at GFA, recognise the profound impact and influence of the apparel and textile industry and are working to transform it into a positive force, rather than a negative one. We envision a net positive industry for people and the planet that puts back more into society, the environment, and the global economy than it takes out.

Crossing Borders (CB) is a non-profit, non-partisan civil society organisation. The vision of CB is a world in peace with itself in which diversity is celebrated. The mission is to create dialogue space toward such a world and to build the capacity of youth, media workers and educators to realise the above vision. The overall goal is to enable people with different backgrounds to learn to live together on equal terms. Crossing Borders started as a project in 1999 in Denmark in support of meaningful dialogue between the conflict parties in the Middle East. In response to increased activities and demands for the CB concept and services, it was transformed, in 2004, into a dynamic organization with activities in Denmark and abroad.

Taghyeer Organization/ We Love Reading Program is an innovative model that provides a practical, cost efficient, sustainable, grassroots approach empowering communities from low and mid income communities around the world to create changemakers through reading. WLR supports the activism of local volunteers to increase reading levels among children 2-10 by focusing on the readaloud experience to instill the love of reading for pleasure among children to become lifelong learners. We aim to create system change. We create changemakers by recruiting and training adults and youth from local communities to provide read-aloud sessions for local children in safe, public spaces. Each year, WLR volunteers read to tens of thousands of children in public parks, community centers, mosques and other faith-based settings, nurseries, refugee camps, and other locales. We serve diverse populations and communities irrespective of gender, religion, social status, disability, literacy level, educational experience, etc. The training is either implemented in face-to-face settings or via our online platform to allow reaching wider audience of people wanting to volunteer and become reading ambassadors.

The mission briefly, is to construct the conditions in which citizens of plural backgrounds and perspectives can come together and deliberate on how they can work to benefit and empower the least advantaged in society.

We are a South African registered charity dedicated to encouraging disadvantaged individuals and communities to develop to their full potential in sport, education and health. We are committed to using sport as a tool to develop the disadvantaged and vulnerable youth. We do this by; 1. Using direct sports coaching - for its health benefits, improved emotional well being and increased life skills (teamwork, leadership, decision making, communication). 2. Using sport to discuss critical issues - by delivering curriculums on topics such as HIV / AIDS awareness in a fun and interactive manner on the sports field. 3. Using sport for improved education - by providing pathways to success for talented and dedicated individuals through scholarships to top local schools and tertiary education.
